Measham store
We visited your Measham store a couple of weeks ago and spoke to a lovely gentleman named Pete. We went away to make sure our choice would fit in our living room.
We returned today and luckily Pete was in and we ordered the goods.
Such a lovely experience, such a lovely, friendly and approachable guy.
I told him we would return and place the order through him which is what we did. Well done Pete and DFS.

Whole experience was relaxed and pleasant - after initial greeting, we were left to wander around at our leisure, being supplied with a tape measure when one was requested. Upon making a decision, assistance was sought and all our queries were dealt with confidently and straight forwardly, resulting in an order being placed without pressure or “hard-selling” . Well done!!!!

Terrible customer service and haven’t received what we chose and ordered.
Nothing but trouble. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy from DFS. 8 months in and I still don’t have what I paid for. They supplied the sofa with some feet that were taller than others making it wonky. After 2 lots of incorrect feet being posted out and them sending a guy out who told me he couldn’t fit any of them anyway we found that the lift up foot mechanism had broken from being wonky. They agreed to replace the whole order as the foot stall we ordered was also broken on delivery. We’ve just had the replacement delivered and the foot stall is fine now but they have changed the sofa. It now comes with sewn on cushions which I would never choose. It’s not practical for cleaning at all! So we still don’t have what we ordered and no idea where to go from here. Customer service has been dreadful.
