The salesman was very helpful and polite and very knowledgeable and friendly. Therefore it made our experience much better.

Originally Ben helped me to choose my new sofa. He was very helpful and informative, I left with measurements of new sofa to make sure I was happy with everything. Went back in today but unfortunately Ben was off sick but Dan helped me and was equally helpful and informative, including a very nice cappuccino! I’ve ordered my new corner unit and look forward to delivery 😄

We received great service from Ben who demonstrated aspect of the chairs and sofa we purchased. He did not tell us what we should buy but asked what our requirements were and then showed us that which would meet those objectives.

Amazing , easy , quick and efficient team

All the staff and especially Dan made us feel welcome and everything was explained in detail to us. Dan made sure that all options were made available to us and ran over the timeline and what to expect before and after delivery.

We were very well looked after, our sales rep was not pushy, very friendly, helpful and answered all of our questions and offered lots more info along the way. She left us time and space to think and to make our own decision whilst being on-hand if we needed her. I couldn't recommend her more.

Entering the store we were welcomed by a couple of members of staff. We were able to look around without pressure, then once we had decided we were helped by Dan. He was knowledgeable, polite, personable and attentive. We would not hesitate to recommend him, or the store. Thank you for your help (and our new sofa!)

Leyla was honestly one of the most helpful sales representatives I have ever encountered. From the moment we arrived, she was welcoming, patient and never rushed us. She even made us both hot chocolates while we were deciding!

I went into DFS knowing I needed a sofa, but I can get a little confused when it comes to choosing. I explained my ideas to Leyla and she was absolutely spot on. She took her time, listened carefully and made sure I was completely happy with my decision before doing any paperwork.

She has amazing patience and excellent customer service skills. I also have to admire her sales skills because somehow I left with a few other beautiful things too, including my gorgeous centrepiece! 😂

What made our experience great? Chloe. Chloe at your Peterborough store made our experience great. We searched for the right sofa across every possible store in a 30 mile radius, we went to your store first and although there were 2 or 3 really great sofas and all of your staff were excellent, Chloe was the cherry on top of our cake. She was great with our children, she was excellent explaining the sofas, absolutely top notch when it came to the choices and colours and she made it simple with the credit agreement. We couldn't have had a better experience all in all, a very successful once in 15 year trip for furniture for us.

I have been a DFS customer for the last twenty years I have always found the staff has been very helpful and the information comprehensive, this is the reason I will always return to DFS for my furnishings.
