DFS Furniture - Poole Reviews 

We were looked after very well with all the assistance we needed and a very friendly atmosphere.

We previously went into Poole store last Sunday and found sofa we liked and Sebastian came over and showed us and gave us good information on it so we went home to measure up and came back today and we wanted Sebastian to serve us as we were happy with his sevice and politeness last week waited about 10 mins as was with another customer,I work in retail and would like to say he gave fantastic advice and service to us x

We received excellent service and very professional at the Poole branch

Staff were professional, friendly and extremely polite. No sales pressure just lovely customer service.

The Sales assistant Layala,made everything so relaxing and easy, she guided us through the sofabeds which made life so much less complex. We were left to choose & we did. On Her return the purchase process was made very easy. A credit to your store.

Firstly the sales assistant Kayleigh was absolutely lovely and helpful. We had previously decided what sofa we were purchasing and had also had assistance from Hannah on a previous visit. The experience was badly let down by wifi issues within the Poole store. Completing the order on their systems was nothing short of painful and had we not needed to order our fabric choice in-store we would have definitely not waited. The order was still not complete when we finally left an hour later than we should have done. Kayleigh did track it and kept us informed via email and it has now completed. This was a big negative to what should have been a straightforward transaction.

On entering the store we wasn’t ambushed left to look around for a bit. Then we were approached by Damian..( I might have his name wrong as I’m useless) 🤦🏼‍♀️ young guy with a short hair cut and a horse shoe ring.
He was lovely, helpful and not pushy at all. When we decided on a sofa he explained everything and what things cost, meant etc Great salesman 10/10

Dan was a very good sales man and offered coffee when were in the branch. Sofa is arriving tomorrow so we look forward to it.

After we had decided, he explained the options to buy. All in all a pleasant and professional experience.

Very friendly & helpful staff. Daniel listened to our requirements and accommodated accordingly. We did not feel rushed or pushed to make any decision. This really helped us to decide what bed & sofa was right for us.

The customer service and interaction was just right. A measured and informed approach that answered all our questions. Time was given to reflect and deliberate on our potential purchase. Julian is a real asset to DFS.

Dan was very helpful in choosing the right sofa. He had plenty of knowledge and gave us a 5 star experience. We even enjoyed a free coffee whilst choosing colour and care package.He had a great smile and made the whole experience worth while. Excellent job Dan 👌

Im quite forgetful on names but i believe it was Dan that help us (sorry if wrong) Very helpful lots of good advice, and recommendations talk us through all the options, he gave us coffee and time to talk through our choice.

We went to DFS today to look for a large sofa. And the manager named Hannah was very helpful. She said about the extra summer deals that runs until Tuesday only. It's perfect because the one we like to get is on that deals. It'really a great service!
