Georgia was really great help today brilliant customer service

Bob greated us and was very helpful, showing us several sofas in the style we’d like, as well as a few others! He went through the process and answer all our questions and did us a really good deal.

This is the 2nd sofa I have purchased from DFS. The website is so easy to use and gives precise measurements so there's no need for errors when selecting the right one.

The lady who helped us today was polite not pushing. Gave us some information when we arrived in the shop left us to go and wonder around the shop which was nice not to be followed around the store . She was helpful curious friendly made us a coffee.the transaction for buying was very quickly done very happy with the service received.

Maddie was great, let us get on with looking for our sofa, then when asked was there answering all our questions.
Very informative and helpful & staying on after her shift had finished to complete our purchase.

Bob at the Rugby branch was brilliant. He listened to what kind of sofa we wanted and made good recommendations. We finally decided on the corner sofa and he explained the finances and extra cover costs without forcing us to take it out.

Pearl and Megan were both excellent.

Debbie was extremely helpful without giving us the hard sell. She answered our questions and if she needed to clarify something, checked with another member of staff. She did not rush us, found a tape measure for us to measure the sofa we were interested in and was patient as we dithered between two styles of sofa. Debbie was clear as she took us through the purchase procedure and made sure we were happy about the delivery date.

I visited rugby branch and was looking around. As I like to do. Bob came over and just said if I needed any help to call him. I continued to look around and when I found the sofa I wanted I called him over as it was a bit too long for my room. He immediately said it came in a slightly smaller size and that was it. I ordered the corner sofa and Bob was amazing. Really happy with the service and professionalism. Haven’t received the sofa yet but hope I can continue my positivity once that happens. Brilliant. Very happy.
