The service and explanation from Alan was superb,everything from comfort and what would be suitable for our needs to how things work if we needed to contact dfs if anything did happen to the corner unit was explained in a way that was easily understandable. Was looking for a small sofa and tried many stores in Slough. Went into DFS first and saw the sofa we eventually bought. The store assistant, Sky, came over to us and was immediately friendly and made us feel relaxed in her company. Was the perfect blend of expertise and honesty and was able to answer our questions. Because of her we decided to buy the sofa and left feeling happy with the service we were given. Sky is a credit to the Slough DFS store.
