I had a great experience at DFS thanks to Georgia. She was polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the process of choosing my sofa. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made everything easy and stress-free. Her excellent customer service really stood out, and I felt well looked after from start to finish. Great experience
I can't find the girls name anywhere who helped us in Stirling store but she had light hair with glasses and tattoos, she was absolutely great with helping me and my partner get all the information we needed on the couch we ended up purchasing, she made us feel at ease and not like we were making a £2000+ order! She is a credit to your team.
