Booking the appointment was easy, I asked for my preffered location and time from the list.
At the appointment I was a bit nervous, the Sonographer and assistant were extremely professional and kind and answered my questions. Made me feel better about the experience and Explained everything well.

The first time I had an echocardiogram, 2 years ago at a clinic in central Leicester, I found the experience uncomfortable and painful. The young man who did this investigation was charming, discreet and very professional and was extremely gentle. A totally different experience!!! I can’t fault the whole process from booking to examination. 10/10

The service given was excellent from start to finish. The booking procedure was extremely efficient. No extended waiting times, the staff were kind, friendly and helpful and worked in a professional manner.

Booking was quick, I was seen immediately on the day, however, I had my scan nearly 5 weeks ago and my doctors apparently haven't received the results still.

Great place, very professional and police. The place was spotless and I was seen on time.

I received a phone call from the Dianogstic Team to make a booking for me. It was within a week the call came through since my doctor referred my case for an ultrasound. They gave me a few places that I could get the scan done. I had a few choices. She did say that it will not be done in hospitals which would have been ideal if it was at Leicester General Hospital
(walking distance). So the next nearest is at Glenfield surgery. She also explained to me not to eat anything for 6 hours but I can drink. Her explanation was clear and concise and my appointment was booked so efficiently. So that was good.

The lady I saw for my ultrasound was Rebecca Tempest who was very professional & reassuring.
She is an asset to your company.
I wish all health professionals were as competent.

The service was excellent but the satisfaction questionnaire was not - Please note that in the last demographic questions asked - you did not provide Jewish as a religion or civil partnership as a status - both of which applied to me - which now makes me want to downgrade my rating of Diagnostic World

Prompt appointment date at convenient location (Albion Place Medical Practice), seen on time, both staff members polite, helpful, explained process, felt comfortable with them and explained when to expect the report to arrive at my GP’s surgery.

Diagnostic world have been fantastic. The booking team were incredibly helpful and arranged an appointment for me extremely quickly. The ultrasound team were very friendly, patient and thorough. Rebecca was happy to discuss her findings and answer any questions I had throughout the scan. Overall, I have had a very positive (and quick!) experience. I cannot recommend the team enough.
