Very professional care provided by kind and friendly clinicians at my recent ultrasound scan appointment.

Everything went well very polite on phone when booking appointment,very clear instructions,the treatment room was v clean and the nurse and doctor were friendly and understanding,and everything was professional

I had an Ultrasound scan at Glenfield surgery 11.06.26. I have read a few negative comments here but, My experince was 110% positive. The staff are friendly, helpful, informative and very professional. I would highly recomend this surgery to Anyone.

Excellent experience of an Ultrasound Scan with Mr. Gow and Lorraine at St George’s Medical Centre.
I was called in as soon as I arrived. The process did not seem at all rushed but went like clockwork. Great Team working together with kindness, patience and very clear thorough and helpful explanation of what was being shown by the scan.
The environment where the scan was carried out is clean modern and spacious with easy access
The whole process of the Scan from Lorraine meeting me in reception right the way through the Scan process with Mr. Gow, was one of the most professional, seamless and human facing experiences I’ve had for a long time. Faultless🤩

Generally good company. Scans are usually quick to come through. I had 2 scans with the company and the first was very quick with an extremely kind technician who was very thorough and sent my results to my GP within 24 hours. The second scan I had was cancelled twice. The technician was also efficient but not very friendly and I felt that more personal space could have been provided when undressing. I got the impression they were rushing. So overall good but as with most things on the NHS there is a chance of cancellations and somewhat rushed care.

Was waiting only 5 minutes and in and out for my scan in 15 minutes. The staff are lovely.
