Never received my product
No replies to phone calls, emails or social media
Requested refund and was only saved by PayPal

AVOID!

I can see how Dice and Decks would be fine as long as there were no issues with your order. I tried to cancel an item the day after I ordered it (the website states that you can do this if it hasn't yet been dispatched, which it hadn't). Unfortunately, they didn't see my cancellation request and sent the item anyway. It arrived 5 days later, and the delivery driver advised me to return it by refusing delivery. I expect in this case to pay for delivery, but to be refunded the cost of the item. That was 3 weeks ago: I've not had a refund or any contact from Dice and Decks, despite emailing the company and contacting them through Facebook messenger. There's a phone number prominently displayed on the company's website, which looks promising; however, I've called it many times and always get an automated message saying 'your call cannot be completed at this time'. (Perhaps anyone considering ordering through Dice and Decks might just try giving that number a call to see if they get a response.)
I tried to open a dispute through PayPal, but unfortunately not receiving a refund for goods returned doesn't count as a valid dispute for them. My advice to anyone who has an item from Dice and Decks that they want to return would be to sell it on eBay instead - at least that way you might recoup some of your money.

Ordered £220 of products in November 2021 which have still not arrived.

No response on emails, calls & facebook messenger.

Ordered £300 of goods in early Dec. Despite phone calls emails, Facebook messages we still have no order or refund. We've lodged a claim via small claims court.

Made an order 2 weeks ago, it's just been cancelled with no reason given and no refund given.
Nobody ever answers the phone, and attempts to email resulted in my messages pinging back undelivered. Have had to make a claim via PayPal. I see many other people are having the same issues.

preordered an item, item was in stock online and they never sent me mine. I've called 20+ times and theres never an answer. I've emailed, messaged on the site and even messaged on instagram. Now they've deactivated their instagram. Worst compny. Positive reviews must be fake

Both of my orders were fulfilled quickly. Slight delay on the first due to a delay with the distributor, but got a quick reply to my email explaining this and the items arrived when they said it would. Second order was dispatched an hour after ordering, and arrived the next day. Very happy with the service.

Well packaged games for shipping. Great prices. Lost a couple of stars for slow response to emails, but pulled one back for great service when I got through on the phone!! Thank you!

Good website, good prices. Could do better communicating when preordered things are delayed.

Total shambles, ordered 2 items at over £100, was told would take up to 14 days, well over3 weeks, no reply to my emails, phone would not connect, had to put a claim in with Paypal to get my money back, DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE LOW PRICES !!!! they will just take your money and not do anything....AVOID!!!! SCAMMERS!!!!

Absolutely abysmal. I have contacted them to cancel an order via email twice, through facebook messenger, posting on their wall, as well as calling on several occasions (no reply). I have had to lodge a paypal dispute to (hopefully) get my money back.
I definitely won't be shopping here again. One to avoid.

These pirates have had over 150 pounds from me in two separate orders and not received either.they don't reply to messages.dont reply to emails.
Very very poor avoid
After a little research this con artist has three companies dissolved and one in liquidation.the liquidation was to avoid paying a 10k bill to a supplier.
I shall visit the company in person for a refund

Excellent service and a very good delivery time. The prices are good, would recommend to anyone.

Quality products; good communication.

After hearing nothing for 2 weeks was told in a couple of days after I had chased,
Then after another week I heard nothing I cancelled my order,
After another week I had no acknowledgement of this so called the store to be told some story about emails are down, but I’d have my refund processed,
Another week passed and they now ignore my calls and the parcel arrived, I’ve been ignored constantly in how to return the items for my money back and have now taken it up with PayPal

Fantastic service outstanding prices and delivery time.

I still have not received the goods I ordered the delivery company that you used did not follow the delivery instructions to leave in the porch then say they delivered it at a collection point which I visited on two separate days and no package was there to collect

Extremely quick delivery, item was well protected and the selection on the website was amazing. Will definitely order from dice and decks again.
