Perfect order for my gamer wife! The gummies, crayons, and books were great. When the chocolate arrived melted, they responded quickly with replacements and helpful suggestions. Excellent customer service—will buy again!

Accidentally sent a bag of gummies to an address I shouldn’t have sent it to. I reached out via email and Richard responded within a timely manner and immediately canceled my order. Top notch service!

Very very poor customer service. No possibility of getting through to anyone for any issues. Can't believe 30 seconds after clicking submit and realizing that you made a mistake on address you can't change it and can't contact anyone. Take your money elsewhere.🤬

Ultra realistic and tastes great.

I had a moment of weakness and wanted to retaliate against a FB stalker. Person has been driving by my house and then posting trash on FB. I had blocked him, then he started tagging friends etc. I was over it! I ordered surprise to be sent Anonymously. After a moment I realized it was just going to make things a lot worse on me, so I asked that the order be canceled or at minimum send the gift to my address. This company was kind enough to cancel the order and save me from further fall out from the psycho that is apparently fascinated with me currently. Thanks again!!!

Heck yeah! I’ll jump at any (rare) opportunity to praise some good Richard. But frs this stellar customer service team will give you a lady b***r and/or make you pitch a tent. Not even joshin (sorry, Josh…?). Their response times are quicker to deliver the goods than angsty virgins on prom night. Their performance far surpasses just the tip of any request/outcome. And they do it all with a grinning mouth full of pearly white… teeth (sheesh - pervs!). They have succeeded in sliding into the number one spot on my Richard list. And it’s a big one (that’s what she said), let me tell ya. ;) Bravo… Bravo… Encore…?

I experienced a slight delay with my order, but the company was quick to address it and even offered compensation for the inconvenience. The delay was only a couple of days, and their excellent customer service made up for it. I appreciate how they handled the situation and would happily order from them again.

Cool gift for those with a sense of humor. I’ve sent these out a few times and it’s always been a hit. Customer service is great and very responsive . 10/10 recommend.

I placed an order using one of the "quick pay" options. Low and behold it confirmed everything with my old address. Silly me hasn't updated this quick pay option in quite some time. I followed up with a reply to the confirmation email and by the next morning I had an email response with the intended address and recipient. Quick, easy, simple. Great customer service so far. Looking forward to my friends reaction when he receives his parcel of pricks.

The website was pretty easy to navigate. I was a bit confused though because once I set my friends name as the delivery, it seemed to have made my account under his name. Other than that, simple and straightforward.
