My experience with Digiperform was really good. I found all the trainers very knowledgeable. They helped me a lot in making my learning easy and smooth. I learned a lot of things here which i wasn't aware before joining this course. I learned several new techniques to promote a product or services through social media platforms. I am really grateful to Digiperform for providing me the knowledge and platform to grow and achieve big things in my life.

I got my son enrolled for the course.. and digiperform sent the representative at my residence to complete the formalities . I opted for 6 EMI option and paid 2 advance EMI but in all there were 5 EMIs which were deducted instead of 4 . When I tried contacting I was agreed the contact no of Mr Tarun kapoor after the first call he stopped picking my calls and when finally I was able to get his personal no he said he has left the organisation. No hearing to the grievance is highly unacceptable from any organisation. I have my hard earned instalment of Rs 8273 charged excess and no body to sought out the concern

If anyone really want to learn Digital marketing , don't join Digiperform,if you join I am 100%sure you will loose your money & waste your valuable time , I join there with fee of 57k after some time I realised I am wasting my time & money , they don't have any professional trannier every day have internet & Electricity problem , Digiperform only doing business not educational institute ,all fake commitment they assured at the time of admission , not only me we have 7 member of team , all are really much disappointed they even plan for consumer court ,I can gaurentee , you can learn much better from YouTube other institude , if any questions of any student can contact me ,

Not at all One should go for Digiperform….

I had joined a course there for following reasons.

Rupali attended me in 2016 for this course, she had taken my enrolment.

Reasons to join course

rupali committed that it’s life time support, I can take classes as per my ease.
Rupali committed that they teach result oriented digital marketing
LMS learning management system will be given to fresehen up concepts whenever required.
I could not complete course in 2016 only learned a few topics.

Then Rupali left job

Digiperform staff said that Rupali committed for life time support but we don’t have anything like that but not Digiperform committed so we are not liable for classes but still we see what we can do

then they told me it has changed now merged with some other education group and now I have to pay 30k more to go for updated course and old course is closed. Also you have to complete in fix time.

I said if Rupali the face Digiperform earlier would say that you have to learn in fix time then I would not have joined now how can I join to waste my more money on it when I know I have to learn it in fix time.

So no clarity is given initially and staff is staff and Digiperform is separate of it, you will get to know when you have issues

Let’s come to second reason … they teach result oriented.. though I did not complete course but I had hired many students trained from Digiperform for a company… they could not produce even a single query in 3 months of time span and company paid them and gave them trainer also who had worked practically on projects but the all students were failure.

Third is LMS - haha LMS stopped working within one year which was said to be with us lifetime.

Also the staff over there committed that a few important topics we can give you… I said ok give that … but that also they made me wait for one month and then again came to same stories that pay 30k join for updated version and complete it in fix time … we have policies etc etc we can’t go against that … as friend we supported you but you are rude

By telling that ok on friendship basis we are helping you they just took me to saturation point where I could quit myself on my money spent on Digiperform. I am also working can’t waste my time when I require it urgently … so I dropped the idea for getting any assistance or support from Digiperform

If you plan to do a course from Digiperform

take everything documented
Don’t believe on verbal committments
Don’t go to their friendly faces, as being friend they won’t make you do the course for free, so be practicle and ask for everything bluntly which you deserve as a consumer.
The best part is look for self learning on these things or a better institute

Digital Marketing certification Course Training program helped me in learning a lot about digital marketing. When I got enrolled into it, I wasn't having much idea.
