I will not be using this company again. I ordered a gift for Valentines Day and still haven’t received it and no reply or appoint from their customers services team but they seem happy to AJ’s your money.

THIS SITE NEEDS TO BE REPORTED. ORDERED FOR VALENTINES DAY AND NOT RECEIVED A THING! THEY HAVEN'T REPLIED TO EMAILS AND THE CONTACT NUMBER FOR THEM GOES STRAIGHT TO ANSWER PHONE!

Fake site - don’t buy anything, you won’t receive it. More to the point as other reviewers have mentioned, they don’t reply to emails. I have contacted them twice to ask where my order is, with no response whatsoever. Absolute fake.

Appalling company/website take your money don’t deliver the goods.
No reply to emails - do not use under any circumstances.
If I could give 0 stars would have.

**BE VERY AWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND DON`T BUY A THING**. Items received too small returned to returns address in UK. Email received stating goods should have been returned to China (total con). A massive rip off of a company. If items are not right you have zero chance of receiving a refund - FACT !!

I purchased an item from this Company 10 days ago and still not received the goods.
I tried to contact them via email and also left messages on their answer phone and to date I have not had any kind of reply.
It is now starting to feel like a Scam.
Apparently I had to enter one star to start this process however if I could I would have given them zero.

DO NOT USE. This is a scam. I ordered a Valentine card, money taken almost immediately, received a confirmation email confirming the order and saying that I would receive an email when item shipped, then nothing no reply, no card. As said. DO NOT USE.

I would not give any stars but that is not an option! Order placed two weeks ago money taken straight away. You receive an email saying order received then NOTHING!! I have emailed twice for updates and recieved nothing seems like a SCAM site stay well away CON CON

Awful customer, I tried to cancel my order immediately after purchasing as I noticed small print on delivery times.
Emailed three times and no response.
If I could zero stars I would.

Had to give 1 star as no option to give a zero. This company is fraudulent, I’ve had no confirmation on my order, I’ve emailed and left voice messages and have had no reply from them at all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY at all. 😡😡😡😡 I GOT MY MONEY BACK FROM MY BANK and they are investigating the company.

Awful company, I ordered a Laptop Stand in November 2023, a Tablet Stand arrived on the 1st December to which I immediately responded that the product did not match the Order Confirmation. After multiple e-mails and following their instructions on sending photographic proof, I still have heard nothing. I wish I had checked these reviews before placing the order. PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

You cannot return an item if it does not fit because you bought it in the sale. Poor customer service. I have emailed multiply times with no response

Ordered two bears for my granddaughter‘s birthday and still not arrived.
This company do not answer emails do not answer the phone. It’s always leave a message ! nobody ever gets back to you.
Customer Service is non-existent. I still don’t know if my order is coming or if I’ve been scammed , I am going to give it another few days and then I’m contacting my bank

I suspect this is noting but a scam. Wasted 50 pounds on a product which I ordered on November 30th. No sign of the product, nobody replies to my emails.

Absolutely awful Chinese scamming rip off merchants

I placed an order on the 3rd of Jan. Item was dispatched on the 5th. Said it would take 7 - 10 working days. Arrived today. Item fits my phone and very good quality product. It doesn't look exactly like the images on the website but good quality none the less.

I read the bad reviews after I purchased.
Worried a little and then just slept over it.
I decided not to stress cause I paid via credit card.

It arrived today 15 Jan 2024 in a bubblewrap envelope, the case was inside with more bubblewrap and protection. Their link for tracking was working fine. Every 24hours it updated, once it updated twice in one day that the package was received in UK and then to Princess Mailing Centre. Up until it was finally with me.

My advice will be to people not to stress.
We are accustomed to buying things online these days but we are still taking a risk. My item came from China and I have more faith in their system than most people I guess because of my positive experience.

Would I buy again?
Probably yes cause they got stuff no one else has and for the price it's worth it.

So far I'm happy with my product.

They don't reply to a return /refund request. You can send all the proof of purchase you've got, follow instructions to the letter, but still nothing. You may as well email outer space. I wish I could post photos here.

I bought a phone case from this company. It arrived after a month and the minute I tried putting my phone in, it snapped. I have contacted them numerous times and still haven’t received a response. I usually check the reviews on a company before I order anything but on this occasion I didn’t. Won’t make that mistake again.

Robing my money and fake page do not buy from this company !!! Do not buy !

I gave them 1 star just because l can't give zero. I bought somethind supposed to be a hand carved wall hanging heart and after 1 month of waiting ( obviously was coming from the country of fakes)..l've received a bit of timber printed with that heart. The real value of that is less than £1 on Alibaba...l've paid almost £30. That u.k at the end of their name it has only one purpose..to make you believe they are legit. To send it back would cost a lot so...well done scammers.🤷‍♂️
