I’d give no stars if I could as just like the last review I’m waiting since 2022 for a refund on my mobile that DPD lost. I’m livid with them too as they lost it but will make no recompense to me for that and now I’m three years down the line with no phone and they still have my money. They said they’d refund or replace but then said they needed to investigate but three years later they seem to be still investigating!!!! They are a dreadful company. Anyone else on here with the same situation I suggest you call the citizens advice line for help.

Appalling. Ordered a Nintendo switch 3 years ago (march 2022) which yodel claimed they left on the doorstep but I never received it. Yodel accepted fault for it going missing, I’ve given and proven all that they have asked for but Dimprice still won’t refund me! It’s been 3 years and they barely reply to my emails just send me a generic response every time.

It's been over 2 years now still haven't received my boss speaker payed £158.00. I had ordered speaker to com to my appartment took day off to wait got text from courier saying delivery and time lot 2.30 - 3.30 you have to call to enter nothing then a message parcel delivered. Eventually got to courier service said left it in reception area there no reception area walked to other building nothing. Rang Dimprice up told them and all they do is fob me off saying there still looking in to it

I brought a pair of headphones that unfortunately they were faulty and when I tried to get some assistance and repair in UK it’s not covered by guarantee, as this is not an European product. When I requested Dimprice customer service to return, repair or get my cash back they keep avoiding the issue, basically asking to contact the assistance in UK even knowing that it’s not under guarantee.
Please send me the return / customer service address in UK in order to get this issue sorted.

Unfortunately a complete con - non-UK phones supplied, and therefore no warranty. Samsung Galaxy fault after 10 weeks and told to speak to local manufacturer - IMEI shows it's an "Egyptian" device. Physical review in Samsung store confirms the same. Dimprice refused to engage or to offer repair or replacement.

Trading Standards investigation initiated, but apparently can take 6-12 months!

Total sham.

Have been buying from Dimprice for a while. Their delivery service used to be super fast, back then I received my phone within 2 delivered days. But now I am still waiting for my iPad for almost 3 weeks.

It's a scam!

"dimprice" is not a listed business anywhere. Surely an electronics seller in the UK should have a registered company name and a physical location? Dimprice's privacy policy shows the actual company is "ENDLESS E-COMMERCE LIMITED" and is owned by Ling Fung CHAU of Hong Kong. It's registered to an address in central London alongside thousands of other companies ... because it's not actually based there.

These are all scam shell companies that - at best - sell grey market goods that have avoided tax and are not legitimate. At worse they are just outright taking money and not sending out anything. Please look at the other negative reviews before making a purchase!

DO NOT USE DIM PRICE RETURNED THE GOOD AND WILL NOT RETURN ANY FUNDS. PROCESS WITH CAUTION THEY ARE CON ARTISTS

Worse company to buy from. Returned Apple Watch on 22/11/23 and they said 14 working days and I’ll receive refund. Never received any refund. Asking my credit card company to file section 75 claim. This company has the worse returns policy and poor customer service.

I bought an iPad and Samsung A54 from Dimprice. It took over a week before they told me they didn’t have the (iPad) colour I ordered in stock. I reluctantly accepted the colour they proposed. My phone arrived a little later than expected but no concerns. Fingers crossed, hope I don’t have reason to call on the warranty. I’m feeling a little nervous having read the plight of other customers.

Le 11/05/2023 j'ai commandé un casque Sony WF-1000XM4 à 163,99€ que je n'ai jamais reçu. J'ai reçu à la place, une culotte Intimissimi et ce n'est pas une blague. Depuis que j'ai reçu ce mauvais produit fin mai 2023, impossible de me faire rembourser.
Je leur ai envoyé des dizaines et des dizaines d'emails, Whatsapp... et j'ai le droit toujours à la même réponse automatique, encore et encore et encore.

"Désolé pour l'attente. Nous avons de nouveau demandé le résultat de l'enquête et nous vous tiendrons au courant dès que nous aurons des nouvelles."

Aucun humain n'est derrière ce service après-vente inexistant !

Quelle enquête ? Je leur ai envoyé plein de photos du colis, du mauvais produit...
Tout prouve que je dis la vérité mais j'attends toujours un remboursement de leur part depuis fin mai.

Ce sont des incompétents et surtout des escrocs !
Je ne désespère pas. Je compte bien me faire rembourser de ces 163,99€.

Après tout je vais régulièrement à Londres et je connais leur adresse pour leur rendre une petite visite :

Beware! A product bought from Dimprice may not be covered by UK warranty. In my case, a phone’s screen protector cracked along the fold. I asked Samsung if I could take advantage of their one-time screen protector replacement service, but the IE model I gave them tagged it as a Taiwanese model which is not covered by Samsung UK warranty. I attempted a claim through Dimprice, but they chose not to honour their warranty or follow their code of practice. I now have a phone not covered by any warranty and not able to recycle or upgrade through Samsung UK. Dimprice should not import products not covered by a UK manufacturer’s warranty and they should honour their own warranty promises.

Be aware that all mobiles bought from Dimprice are Chinese models and they are not covered by European warranty. Dimprice will not accept responsibility either.

I bought a Samsung s22+, I had problems with the loud speaker since the start. Samsung in UK will not touch it as its a Chinese model and Dimprice ignores me.

Excellent price. Goods arrived sooner than expected. Only confusion related to internal tracking number as did not receive courier tracking number,

Excellent product and price but a bit slow on delivery.

All fine . I knew it wouldn’t be next day delivery! But as long as your prepared to wait a couple of weeks then alls fine and the savings make the wait worthwhile.

Took ages to receive the item!!
Bought the phone as birthday present , unfortunately it has arrived 3 days after the birthday, I got myself extra days for the purchase but still got it late.
I have sent several emails but I got same robotic answer.
I think the phone came from China even the company advertising in uk!!
Was my biggest mistake buying it from dimprice!! Never again!!!
Sad day for me, totally unhappy!!!
Now god knows how long the phone will last!!! Stress at £300!’n
