Dipples Jewellers Reviews

Lovely product delivered very quickly and at a very acceptable price.

Item as described and arrived on time.
Communication from the seller was just the essential, but it's okay for me.
Just one thing, an expensive new watch should come with tags, am I right? I received mine with absolutely no tags. I wonder why...

I bought a quality watch, exactly as advertised and at a great price with superb After Sales - friendly, quick and very customer focused.

My wife and I have visited jewellery shops around the world and Dipples has been given us an experience that is up with the best. John has provided outstanding service and we are delighted with the eternity ring, Thsnks

From start to finish communication was very good. Arrived the next day . I ordered it with in the hour is was dispatched awesome.

Excellent shop with very patient staff. John very knowledgeable and understood exactly what we were looking for.

People who love what they do: This is what I thought when I received my order as I unpacked it.
- such beautiful thoughtful package, eventhought it was a sports watch! I didn't expect was a very nice surprise.
- superfast delivery: ordered Friday before noon, delivered Saturday noon.
-contacted on phone post online order to check stock as previously other jeweller failed me, very kind effective and professional handling of my query
- their stocks is actually really in stock

I would definitely buy from them again. Even for most expensive things I would trust them to do the right by me as a customer.

Good customer service.. I wanted the strap altered and it was done to my specification. The delivery was also on time!

Excellent value product and promptly delivered. It would be a 5* review except that after initially leaving the site I received an email offering me 5% discount. When I returned to buy the discount was not available on the item in question, which is a mild disappointment as the discount had not been requested in the first place. But good overall.

It could have been better. Communication through email was relatively poor. No replies to emails.

Nice watch purchased as a gift for an upcoming birthday. Great choice, super fast delivery. Item well packaged

Superb! Fantastic service! In fact I would go so far as to say EXCEPTIONAL service! Less than 36 hours from order to delivery!
I would not hesitate to recommend DIPPLES to other potential customers.
