Great company and I would definitely buy from again.

Ordered a pack of 8 CO2 cartridges which I use for MTB tyres. DirectCream offered a very competitive price. Ordered on a Friday and item arrived Monday morning. Can't fault those timescales.

Used twice now, and because I don't always receive a confirmation via email I worry a little, but I shouldn't, because any telephone enquiries are answered immediately. Jonathan is amazing, sort of old school really, less geared towards automated emails, much better through telephone communication. Prices are very competitive too, so I'll continue to use and recommend Bliss Drinks/Direct Cream.

Was looking for a new reliable website to order coffee syrups after shopping around, direct cream came up. Placed the order Friday late at night and was a little worried when I didn’t receive a confirmation email. I emailed Jonathan first thing Monday and was assured the order was received and shipping was already underway. Order was shipped and received by DPD on Tuesday. Would order again!

They scammed me whilst I was trying to get some chargers

Have used these guys a couple of times down the years, never had an isssue

Happy enough with what I got, but never sent two parts for dispenser. E-mailed them, and they sent the two parts out. Got them this morning

They sent the wrong number of chargers causing me to miss the time-frame I had. I asked them if it was possible to send the missing chargers for next day delivery and I was told they were investigating this and waiting for DPD to come back to them. Unreliable if you are ordering these for a specific date/event.

Used these guys for years, but they are not the same as they used to be. Discount cream are much better. Just go to them.

Some of the best customer service I’ve received. One of my parcels was ‘delayed in transit’ after paying for next day delivery. The man I spoke to organised for that parcel to be returned to them and put a brand new order through for me and organised Saturday delivery. Friendly, quick and easy!
