Great customer Service
My customer service agent was very responsive to my needs and quickly helped me get my order placed. An extra discount meant I could get the number of items I wanted within my budget.

Branded insulated mugs & stainless steel waterbottles
I ordered custom branded insulated mugs & water bottles and I am thrilled with the outcome. Both products are beautiful & well-made. I will be selling these as well as giving them as gifts to members of our studio. Best yet- the customer service I received was exceptional. My sales representative James was quick to connect with me via email & over the phone to make sure I was ordering exactly what I needed and ensured that I would get them in time for a fundraising event. The two orders arrived separately and James connected with me after each delivery to make sure they were received and I was happy with the products. DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE! I placed an order in December, they made a minor mistake and offered to fix it (great) but these shirts were needed for a nonprofit MLK Event for kids, so I made sure to tell them I could have them no later than January 19th. I received the tracking information today and they will not be here until after the event.
I communicated with customer service on an almost daily basis letting them know the deadline but they disregarded that information after promises and assurances that they would be here. I even offered to cancel the order so I could go to another company, which I was told there was no need for. I spoke to someone today who told me there was nothing they could do, so now I have 100 children coming to an event without the swag that was advertised in our outreach.
Completely disappointed and frustrated over every single aspect of this transaction.
