I highly recommend Discreet Couture. The customer service was impeccable and follow up was excellent. I received my tracking and confirmation and the quality of the bag was top notch. A+ all around and the best in the game.

I ordered a Gucci Adidas Gazelle sneakers in red as my birthday gift. They cost me $250, shipping fees $68, and they're slightly expensive compared to other sellers. Still, they called it the highest grade so I gave it a try and I received it in 3 weeks, worth my money after I received it. The quality is superb! Packaging is on fleek and its slides open in yellow color, the sneakers are slightly loose because I picked half a size larger if wearing with socks it's perfect. Overall good experience

Bought a customized rolex Daytona from them under their rent to own programme. Received the watch last week. My hubby was dumbfounded when he opened his bday present! He owns several rolex watches that are bought from farfetch or the store. I am not a good judge of watches but for him he proudly showed it to his watch inner circle and apparently no one could tell the difference between his lushentic watch and the originals. He used to be skeptical about china made stuff but now he is a believer!

This company is a fraud. I ordered few things, Gucci shoes, which turned to be glued with cheapest materials, sole started peeling off and leather faded. Rolex watch turned to be defective and they didn't even admit it. Same goes to ladies bag, all their leather products are glued. Their items are just cheap replicas than can be found in any cheap local replica store, this is from experience of buying 5 items so far. Please do not fall to them.

Ordered a bag from them, the bag come with box to protect it shape on rough journey. The bag looking amazing in detail I’m so in love. Very satisfied with the customer service and the delivery. It’s funny because the tracking number they give to me never work I was worried I get scammed but the bag turn up not long after I get my tracking number in a good condition. Extremely happy customer would definitely buy from them again when I got another bag to buy in mind.

Great experience! First time buying and bought shoes so a little risky, but everything turned out great! They didn’t have my exact size, but the size measured was perfect and the shoes look fantastic. Can’t wait to wear them for the rest of the summer. First contacted them around early June and it took a few days to confirm because of the time difference and received them after about 10 days after shipping.

I ordered my first bag with them while being skeptical as others as if this company is legit or if the quality of product will be good to match real bag.
Chloe is the most wonderful customer service representative, she helped me in picking the correct size, confirmed all the details, change in delivery addresses couple of times and finally quality checking via multiple pics in email etc.She is very prompt in responding and addressed any concerns I had.
I received the bag and although the leather and accessories were impeccable but the side stitches were coming off that weren't visible in pics. I thot the money got wasted as I wasn't feeling confident in carrying that bag.
To my amazement when I mentioned this to her after months of receiving it (I had to travel abroad urgently so could not open it for 3 months) she escalated it and agreed to send me a new one.
Never in my dreams I thot that this is ever possible.
Yesterday I received my new bag with in couple of days of shipping (brownie points there) and this time it's impeccable from all aspects. I am so happy and content with my purchase and onto the next one given that this transaction gave me so much confidence in their business.

I was nervous at first, but my three bags came in and I LOVE them. Completely blew away my expectations. They used fedex to ship the bags so speed, handling and tracking was very reliable and fast. Very high quality LV replica bags that even came with dust bags, shopping bags and tissue paper. Chloe is very responsive and lovely to deal with. I also appreciated the many photos of the bags and their closeup details so I could approve before they shipped. I will definitely be buying from them again in the future!
