Standard delivery within 3-5 working days
We currently only ship to UK Mainland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, and Isle of Man. This may change in the future.
We use APC Express 24 hour for all shipments. Standard UK Mainland delivery typically takes 5–7 working days for in-stock items, with next day delivery available once dispatched. Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Isle of Man: 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Great service
Great service, lovely people. Nothing was to much trouble. The installation people were fantastic. They delivery the cooker, installed it in a professional and caring way. End to end service was fantastic. Can’t wait to use it.

Delighted with my new double sided Aga glove. It to replace an old one. Aga shop was was out of stock. I found what I needed at Diss. Beautiful quality and delivered swiftly. I recommend this company for their quality goods and fast and efficient service.

Wonderful service
Wonderful service. We were going to order from John Lewis but not only did we find a better price but the service outshone them by a mile (and they are great!). Communication was excellent and even when we had to delay delivery as building wasn't ready, it was no problem. They were knowledgeable and helpful and just brilliant from start to finish. Will definitely be using them again and recommending the company to friends and family

Although larger than expected
Although larger than expected, our kettle arrived promptly as promised and adds an element of grandeur to our AGA. It is just like the one I remember as a child that my grandmother had. A welcome addition to the kitchen.
