I have used DLA Editors & Proffers now three times. I have come back because the work done on the first two occasions was good: timely, helpful, and with good service. This time, though, the document returned to me was worse than no help. 99% of the changes were changes to the formatting of the variables and technical sentences in the paper. Since the technical parts were formatted as I wanted them to be, I had to reject all of these changes, one by one, which took forever. I couldn't find the useful proofs since they were buried among the non-useful ones. The proofing of the rest of the document was also a tad bit inconsistent. I wished I had been asked whether I wanted the formatting to the variables in the document changed, since then I could have received a product that I could have used profitably. I don't think I will be using DLA a fourth time.

I have used DLA on several occasions, and they have always done top-notch work. It's easy and fast, and their expedited options are great.

My company has been doing work with DLA for about five years now and their follow-up, quick turn-around and service has been fantastic.

I used DLA editors to edit a manuscript for grammar and APA. They did an excellent job conforming it to APA and truly enhanced the flow of the paper. The manuscript was submitted on a Saturday night and returned, as promised, on the following Tuesday. I highly recommend this company!

Some of the revisions that they made actually changed the meaning of the copy. There did not appear to be research done, so one revision in particular didn't make any sense in context of the release. As I am fairly well experienced, I was able to throw out the revisions that were not appropriate, but everyone may not be as savvy. Recommended, but with caution that you know your subject/topic better and make your own judgment calls.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau! They refuse to refund my money and they ruined my bio!

I used DLA editors for my PS and supplemental questions and I can't express how much they helped me. I have a degree in English Lit, and generally consider myself a decent writer, but I am so glad I decided to hire DLA. They smoothly transformed my writing so that my PS could accommodate so much more. I received more interviews than I imagined I, and I believe it is largely due to the outstanding PS I submitted. I am very grateful for the service they provide, and I recommend them without hesitation!

I am totally satisfied there were only 2 concerns
1st )the options between rush delivery and normal delivery differ only a couple of hours on your site and over the phone unless you arrange it with emails. I wish there was an option for really quick delivery (within a day)which was easily accessible
2)in my case I accidently upload a wrong version for second edition I immediately called, left message, emailed and attached the correct version. The representative over the phone assured me that she will deliver the message. However, sadly I received the wrong version at the end and no correction made afterward regarding the right version.
other than that I am very satisfied.

Maybe I don’t fully understand what is the different between the Basic proofreading and complete Editing. To me, I’m bit disappointed that the basic editing (cost more than 240US) is only to add “the” or capitalization only. I find another one to help me to do the first twenty pages again and make a huge difference at all (you can take a look on the attached file).

So, would you mind to help me again for the remaining thirty pages (in the complete editing setting). I don’t mind to pay more but I just want to have my work edited in the proper way. This is only second chapter in my dissertation only. I want to find a reliable one to edit my whole project.

I have used DLA editors & proofers for my doctorate proposal paper, they did an excellent job.

Been using DLA for years at my previous company and instantly started using them at my new job. A professional proofreading of any marketing collateral is a no-brainer to me - oddly it's not prioritized by other marketing folks. DLA Editors is a fantastic service and the turn around time is quick. Of course, they didn't proofread this review, so forgive my grammar!!!
