Some of the plant already broken.

The seeds arrived on time, time will tell how well they grow?!

Still waiting for a delivery of Cherry Laurel after 2 weeks from order. No communication about when it will be sent. Tried emailing and no response.

I received a lovily specimen by post,quick delivery to.

I ordered 5 Asparagus crowns in December 24, they arrived in May 25 after chasing, as RHS say they should be planted in March. They were planted straightaway anyway. 2 grew strongly, 3 struggled. This year only 2 actually grew, the remaining 3 were dead. I complained and their response was as they were ordered 2 years ago and growing storage conditions were not down to Dobies so no refund. Firstly they were ordered 16 months previous to my complaint NOT 2 years ago, and secondly they were delivered very late, almost 2 months after RHS recommended planting date. Very poor....

I won't ever place another order at Dobbies again. I placed an order on their website for a shed at a very cheap price, then after 4 days they cancelled the order with no explanation so I looked at the website again and seen that they had the wrong price listed, instead of honouring the contract they cancelled it with out the decency to explain the mistake. If I could give them no stars I would have.

Ordered Raspberry canes , arrived in reasonable time, and looked fine. Now planted.

A few deliveries this week as per the recent offers, some plants were missing, some were dying but most were a little yellowing - all planted so fingers crossed!

The plants were of a good size and healthy well packaged first rate thanks

unfortunately - half the package arrved with yellowing leaves - but after emailing dobies and explaining - they have arranged a replacement pack

Still bloody waiting on delivery and can’t get tracking to work No notification of impending delivery keeps me at home in case I miss it. A shitfest

You sent me an email that the order had been dispatched but it is still with the sender two days later

My parcel was delivered yesterday by Yodel who apparently left it with a neighbour at an address in East Harling called PAP, unrecognisable photo. There is no such address near me and I have been unable to contact Yodel to ask them about this. Can I ask you to please find out what has happened to my plants, and if it is necessary to cancel the next order

You have bombarded me with emails ever since I ordered. I am presently deleting over 40 messages from you

Yet to receive goods but the ordering system was very easy, looking forward to getting my slips.

A simple packet of seeds ordered last thursday still not delivered, apparently delivered to parcel force yesterday (monday) and won't be delivered till Wednesday!!! And I paid 150% of seed cost for delivery..this is not sustainable

My order which was advertised as 24 hour dispatch took 5 days for dispatch and items were missing although the dispatch note stated it was complete.
I have no issue with the quality of the plants but I doubt I’ll order from this company again.
