Absolutely awesome experience start to finish from the first phonecall being offered the best deal no pushy after sales bike arrived within the time scale first spoke about I paid for delivery to very reasonable price I wouldn't hesitate to use the team again

Dobles we're very helpful when I had an issue within days of the used bike being provided. They took took it back and offered me an alternative - which has worked out well for all concerned. I have complete confidence in them and easily award 5 stars.

Ordered a touring screen and it arrived within 3days, the product was securely packaged and was in perfect condition when it arrived.

I have never been to Dobles before so was not sure where the sales dept was. I went in to the west side to find what looked like reception . A gentlemen was on the phone at a desk further in . this looked like the sales area .It was clear he was going to be sometime. I waited for about half an hour looking at the bikes,then a gentleman appeared in what i took for reception so i asked" is there someone could see about buying a bike" His reply was rather curt, "You wont find anyone standing here in the shop" I then told him i had waited for the gentleman on the phone and been looking at the bikes. he then directed me across the road. Why didn’t he say that in the first place without the curt remark. Other than that Dobles were good. my bike had a pre-delivery problem but all swiftly sorted I was kept informed of progress, a rare thing these .

I had my bike delivered and had a couple of issues that needed correcting. Emailed in the evening,by morning recieved a phone call about picking up the bike to rectify the issues. Next day bike sorted and dropped back! Excellent customer service!

Perfect product at a reasonable price. I had minor technical issues that were professionally resolved by the seller's technical staff. Thank you all.

I was lucky to find my ideal machine at Doble because the service was top notch, just a modest deposit for a fairly long period, they even arranged delivery for a fair price to arrive immediately after I took my test, thankfully I passed and I was able to ride the next day.
The nature of the service felt like a blast from the passed, quite rare these days.
I would absolutely return and recommend Doble to anyone who is wondering where to buy from.

On the date for collecting the I was advised that if I arrived at 08:30 the shop wouldn't be too busy and I would be dealt with promptly. I arrived at 08:30 only to find that the bike had not been prepared for collection so I had to hang around for 90 minutes for the bike to be ready.
Whilst hanging around my wife spotted a low mileage used bike she liked the look of so we arranged a test ride, this didn't go too well because to start with the sales team couldn't start the bike and then on the test ride I followed my wife and when she accelerated between 60 & 70mph the bike started to shake quite violently so we returned straight back to the dealership and explained what had happened, the sales team did nothing to explain this or even look into it so that it could be rectified.
