I love the new bike, but no one appeared to know that I was picking the bike up, or that we had agreed for items to be taken off my old bike and fitted to the new one !! It appears I was lucky that the workshop was able to fit this in

I went into this Honda dealership to buy my first motorbike.
I had already chosen the one I wanted from their website, so was a very easy transaction for us both.
When I noticed some corrosion on the engine block I asked if this could be addressed as the bike was only two years old with just over 800 miles on the clock.
When I arrived a few days later to collect the bike I could see they had taken time to clean the bike and repair the corrosion in a way that was very acceptable.
The bike works and rides very well and I'm very happy to have dealt with this dealership.

I did a trade in deal on a nearly new Honda NC750. The deal was done and agreed by email and phone, and I exchanged the bikes on a date that was convenient for me. I have been a customer for many years and always get great service wether it be from sales, service or clothing. My most recent visit was to sort an issue I had with a recently purchased motorcycle that developed a problem.
