No one answered the phone - avoid!

I needed Yellox Eye Drops for my dog. I messaged them with a couple of questions on WhatsApp and had a reply within a couple of hours and instructions of what to do because it was my first time getting a prescription for my dog. I ordered and paid on the Tuesday evening and the next morning received an email saying I’d missed attaching the prescription to the email. I did this immediately and within a few hours started getting emails stating my order was ready for dispatch and it arrived 48 hours later. I can’t fault this service! I was expecting it to take at least a week by the time they completed their checks and then posted the medication. They also sent postage notifications and sent me an email explaining that the prescription lasts six months and what to do when I need to order a repeat etc. Outstanding service! Obviously I’ll be continuing to use these lovely people, I cannot recommend them highly enough and I’m so grateful they got my dog’s eye drops to me so quickly. Keep up the good work. Many thanks.

I have to say I was a bit suspicious of this site as it seemed to good to be true, medication for my dog i have to pay quite a bit every month was so we'll priced and much larger quantity, the communication was top notch from start to finish and received my order within 5 days, would definitely recommend

Schade, nach nun mittlerweile 4 Wochen , bestellt 5 2.54, Wartezeit, immer noch keine Medikamente erhalten. 230€ bezahlt und nichts bekommen. Schon nach 2 Wochen keine Antwort mehr auf Nachfragen zum Verbleib meiner Medikamente erhalten. Schlechter Kundenservice.

It's a shame, after waiting 4 weeks, 5.2.25, I still haven't received my medication. I paid €230 and got nothing. After just 2 weeks I haven't received a response to my inquiries about the whereabouts of my medication. Bad customer service.

Terrible communication. I received no order confirmation, they didn't complete the order or send me my prescription, and they ignored my messages on WhatsApp. Then when I called, a rude woman told me she'd be charging me a "£4 admin fee" to cancel an order they didn't send.
AVOID.

I couldn’t get my prescribed medication anywhere locally due to supply issues but Dock Pharmacy had it in stock and sent it out next day delivery. I spoke to Jonathan in the online team and he couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. Very easy and excellent service, would definitely recommend

Managed to get Efudix when our pharmacy locally couldn't get it. Smooth and speedy response - recommended.

Dock Pharmacy has been excellant to work with! They ship fast and have the products I needed. Multiple purchases and I will be doing business with them again.

Used this pharmacy and never really had issues - Until now!! Was informed I needed to fill a form in to speak with pharmacist in consultation room. When I asked why and what the data would be used for they said merely to for reporting to local health authority and my GP if needed. Fast forward two days and I have received MULTIPLE marketing texts from third parties Linked to the pharmacy where they have passed my data on!! In addition I've made multiple attempts to speak on the telephone, I've sent emails and left voice messages... Not even the common courtesy to respond!!! My advice I s be very weary if you use this pharmacy as they leave you names, addresses and medications out for all to see at the rear of the shop near the consulting area!! Its no wonder to me that once I investigated, they are currently operating under 'conditions' linked to unsafe practices!!! Shameful operation, needless to say after this episode I'd never use them again.

I’ve been using city dock for over a year now, I have numerous conditions and Mo the pharmacist as a calming influence on me ,he always has time to help me with any concerns I have and all my medication are always there when I’m told to come to collect ,a friendly helpful place I recommend highly 5 stars from Thank you ,sammy

Amazing service. They were able to provide me with the medication I need which every other pharmacy in my area couldn’t or would require a week to order in. Dock pharmacy were able to send the medication in less than 48 hours. I was able to communicate with them via whatsapp and call where they assured me they would be able to get the medication for me in time. They were also cheaper than my local pharmacy. I’ll definitely be using them again as it was so easy and cheaper!

I was a bit dubious after reading some of the reviews on here, I even made sure I paid by credit card in case I needed to claim it back! However I was so impressed with the service! I ordered some medication needed for my fertility treatment, found a price online with Dock Pharmacy & it was £100 cheaper than specialist fertility pharmacies. Called as soon as I placed the order online, my call was answered straight away & I was told to scan my prescription before posting it so they could send my order quickly. I did that & received my order the next day! Amazing!

A big Thank you. You were able to full fill my prescription when local pharmacies could not. A phone call sorted the problem, so helpful and friendly, went above and beyond. The medicine arrived the next day.

Really helpful and friendly. The person I dealt with on the phone went out of their way to help me with a prescription for my mother. So refreshing to get such amazing support. Will definitely use them again.

Stumbled across the website for medicool products. Website looked not 100% professional. But had the item i had wanted rather than ordering from USA. Made my order. Got an immediate email for my order, followed by another email stating my order was being processed.

Since then I've not heard anything. So I replied to the email and enquired of update, tracking and expected date of me getting my order........ So far no response......

So leaving me wondering if my concerns were right in the first place. Because when I contacted MEDICOOL in the USA they never once linked DOCK PHARMACY as stock holding of their products!

I've now sent email to Dock Pharmacy wanting update, refund, or my order immediately. As my next stage of action will be letting ClearPay know, informing ActionFraud and also letting UK Trading Standards/Consumer Affairs know.

Poor customer service, aftercare, ignorant as to ignore emails.

Save using this no doubt back street scam hole.

A big thank you to Dock Pharmacy for supplying my medication when my local pharmacy couldn't source it. Excellent service.

I tried all my local pharmacies to get my prescription dispensed. They all said it was not possible to get at this time. Boots told me that even the manufacturer did not have any. Phoned Dock Pharmacy, they had it in stock, I scanned my prescription and posted the original.
My ‘impossible’ prescription arrived within 24 hours!
Cannot beat that for service. Thank you Dock Pharmacy.

I have found this Pharmacy very helpful and helped me when I had almost ran out of Yellox for my dog getting it on a next day for me...brilliant

I am visiting Dublin, staying in a nearby hotel. I bought distilled water for £18 for a medical condition, which I later found out was not going to help. Upon returning with my recepit the next day, they REFUSED a cash refund! Absolutely rubbish! I was forced to buy something else or lose my money. Since when do you not have the right to a cash refund? To the store owner, Grainne O'Grady, was your £18 so precious to you, to forgo your customer's rights, when returning a product that would not help a medical condition visiting your city? Shame on you.
