They sent the dress that I ordered on fast ship to the wrong address, wouldn't do anything about it, it was too late for the wedding. I finally got the dress five to six days late. It was horrendous as well. So I called to return it. They sent me a label that didn't work but said that I couldn't return it since I disputed it on my credit card since it was more than $400 and hadn't arrived. So then they wouldn't let me return it. Now I'm being told that it's outside of the 30-day window! Not one of the five emails I wrote was returned with a reply. And I've had to call them repeatedly. Don't buy from them. Please don't support this kind of horrible service. They clearly don't care about the customer. I won't buy them in other
stores anymore either.

I have bought many Donna Karan dresses. I feel like I got what I expected. I might have the right style to wear Donna Karan clothes, because people say that I look good in them.
My main complaints are about being inconsistent in their sizing, sometimes the same size is far too large for me, sometimes it is too small.
Things end up taking a long time to deliver.
If I went to a store, I would not have these problems, it doesn't seem to be the best company for online shopping.

I purchased a top on Instagram. No information on exchanges when you buy. It was a final sell. DK did not approved an exchange. I lost my money. Do not buy on Instagram. Just in big stores

Attention fraud!!!

I have (unfortunately) ordered several items from this company. After I had not received a reply for weeks despite contacting the service team, 'DonnaKaran' (does the real Donna Karan know what is going on in her name??!!) sent me a link saying that I had received the goods but had not been found at home. Which is rubbish. The link does not work. As I would have had to pay import duty before receiving the goods, they would not have been able to deliver them to me at all.

So total fraud! Hands off it!

Ordered an item and returned it. Item was received back to warehouse on 3/14/25. 2 months later and numerous CS chats, I still do not have my refund. I will be doing a charge back and filing a formal complaint with the State Attorney General's office with regards to theft of funds.

I recently attempted to return an item I purchased from Donna Karan and reached out to their customer support to request a one-time waiver for the return shipping fee. Despite explaining that I was not fully informed about the return policy before placing my order and would have reconsidered the purchase had I known, the representative simply repeated scripted apologies without offering any meaningful solution.

It wasn’t about the $6 fee—it was about the rigid approach and lack of genuine customer care. In today’s competitive retail environment, I expected better flexibility and consideration, especially from a brand like Donna Karan. Unfortunately, this experience has left me very disappointed, and I won’t be purchasing from them again. I hope this review helps guide others in making informed decisions before ordering.

Mint after, i sent an e-mail to change the colour. No one answer. In the chat, after 20
Minutes waiting, “sorry it was 30 mint to change the order”
Is not correct. The FAQ say “ Our goal is to process orders as quickly as possible! With this, we can only make changes or cancel an order within 30 minutes of the order being placed.” Doesnt say how we Can do it, by e-mail, in the chat….

Bought a dress and needed to return as it was too big. Wrote to customer service since 11/11 and till date, still no reply.

The top I recently purchased from Donna Karan was sized properly and is beautifully made. It is styled on the diagonal with its attached camisole and makes for a lovely look either over a skirt or slacks.
