Very clean and kept location. Bridgette was an amazing loan processor and helped me with my any and all my questions, and finished my loan in a timely process

Put in for a signature loan on a Saturday morning look promising. I have had to call them every time we have communicated since and nothing has been done but a hard pull on my credit. If it’s not one thing they needed it it’s another. Excuses from pictures too blurry, phone lines are busy, proof of address wrong, need to talk to employer, I left a note and it’s not on there. Unacceptable. Espresso important. This was to me Saturday when I began. This here is Tuesday night and and every time I’ve talked, I have been told give us 30 minutes and we’re ready.

Samantha Called me said I was good to go. I came in and finished the loan process. It was easy, fast, and awesome. I love swag. They have fantastic swag. Footballs, soccer balls, sunglasses, writing pads. I love it all. No other place would qualify me for a loan. Dollar Loan Center did. ❤️❤️❤️

The people that work there are absolutely wonderful and it will help you. Throw everything you need and make sure that you at least get something. I recommend this to Everybody.

Miss Whitney and Miss Katie in the store helped me out so much not with just the loan but education on how everything work from point a to point b even when time got to a long where any normal person would of hung up and gave in miss whitney helped me out and never gave up I’m a raider super fan that just needed lil help and she is a well don’t wanna say but a bronco fan supper helpful and if anyone every needs lil help I would recommend these gals in the Idaho falls store very helpful thank you miss kattie and thank you very much miss Whitney kudos to you lady’s go raiders miss Whitney if you ever wanna come to the dark side we welcome you with open arms thank you so much SSRN208

The ladies at the cedar City store. Were very helpful and they made getting a loan easy. They answered my question. Lillian was nice and she answered my question and was polite. Thanks for the experience.

I received a phone call today from Cissy, she surprised me that on behalf of Dollar Loan matched me with assistance in matching my last payments of $200 each and I asked why would you do this for me! Cissy and Daisy stated that it’s caused by being a most valued customer and prior to this situation happened I’m always on time with making payments on time so Dollar loan made a decision to remove the behind interest! 💯 I wanted to just hug them both over the phone and have tears in my eyes as this is a blessing I didn’t expect. It allowed me to realize that there are really good heart felt employees that work for you so Thank you so much for easing the stress off of me. I would like to make sure that Cissy and Daisy are recognized for assisting in what they did for me today as I’m a customer of yours and had been layed off back in December 2024. I finally started a new job last month in March and caused me to get behind. Before this I always made my payments on time so want everyone to know Thank you 🙏 🥰
