Great customer service

Excellent products at reasonable price. The product range is diverse and the quality and design of them is really really good.Customer service is very good. Replies to queries is very prompt. You feel valued as a customer.Delivered quickly. Website easy to use and the sizing guide is really helpful. They are friendly, helpful and approachable.

Lovely products. I bought the new dinky dog snappy harness, collar and lead for my miniature dachshund who has just had a back operation. It’s so soft and even the physiotherapist commented on how good it was. Will definitely be buying again. Thank you

I reached out to ask about sizing. Response was very quick. I bought Dinky Dog harness. Very high quality and extremely cute. I will only buy harnesses from Doodlebone. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I purchased a harness for my dog from a…
I purchased a harness for my dog from a local petshop whilst on holiday in Wales.
I found that the harness was too tight, so I emailed doodlebones and they were super helpful I returned the harness that was too small and they then replaced it with a larger one. When that arrived it was too big.
I emailed them again and they were absolutely incredible. Gave me advice on which harness would be better for my dog. And offered to replace it again.
Customer service is second to none and absolutely fabulous with help and advice and very quick to answer my email.
I would 100% recommend this brand. Not only are the products beautiful and very well made, the company itself are amazing.
Extremely happy I decided to use doodlebone 😁

Excellent product, great value.
This is the second harness we have bought, needing a spare to dry off in the coming wetter weather. They fit well and are well made. Our mini golden doodle has not pulled out of the original harness in two years of use but did from another manufacturers item. Delivery, value and communication are excellent. Bought a new collar also that has a robust clip.
