Super speedy service. Only a week from choosing my door canopy to these guys fitting it. Had my new door canopy fitted yesterday. Looks fab. Highly recommend.

Had front and back door canopies fitted last week and they look great. Neil and George did an excellent job and provided a professional friendly service. One little discrepancy which was quickly sorted out so excellent customer service recieved. Definitely recommend this Company. Thank You Neil and George.

this person is a rip of dont buy hes took my deposit and now 4 times said he was coming , ive not had refund either yet , i will be reporting these up with trading standards if they dont refund me.

I also too after scouting online for door canopy’s, went with Neil. No issues at all and did a brilliant job however noticed the joint in centre was not flush and needed to be rectified. Several emails sent but no reply. Messages sent through phone with pictures too but no reply. I called and at times no reply then when I managed to get through was told will be coming my end in next couple (blank) so not sure whether weeks or months! Considering this was just installed in the summer this year.

I rang door canopies a couple of weeks ago after checking out various companies on the web and Neil's was the only company who would install and dispose of the old canopy. Also the majority of the reviews were complimentary coupled with the excellent range of products. On speaking to Neil he offered to come and carry out a survey the same day and considering he was 30 miles away I was impressed. Neil actually came yesterday with a colleague, George, to install the canopy over my front door and window alongside of it. they worked hard as the old canopy had a fibrelass roof which didn't help and the whole canopy was extremely heavy. The work carried out was excellent and it was a real pleasure having both both Neil and George on the job. It gave the house a new look and was great value for money and the premises were left clean and tidy. I can certainly recommend Door Canopy to anyone who is reading this review. Thank you Neil and George.

We went ahead with this company because of the good reviews on Trust Pilot and we are happy with the quality of the canopy. However, when Neil came to fix it, he wasn’t able to fill in the gaps (pics of the door were sent to him before his visit so he prepared the right materials and fitting)
He said he would be back next week to fix it however, that was early July and he still hasn’t returned. My husband contacted him many times and at first he would promise a day (and not turn up) but eventually he stopped responding or return the phone calls. This is such a shame as we trusted him and paid him in full, hoping he would return. On the day, he also asked for an extra £50 to come back and fix it even though when the pictures were sent to him, he said he could fit it without a problem. I have pictures of the work he’s done and I wish I could share them on here.
Avoid this unprofessional company.

Had my canopy fitted last August , and I’m still waiting for Neil to come back and finish off the job . When he left the lights didn’t work and had to get somebody in to fix the lights . I’m still waiting for a refund which was agreed and Neil would come back and finish off the work . I’ve emailed lots and lots of times but without response . I don’t call that good customer service .

Had my new door canopy fitted about a month ago, fast, good price and looks great. Was £650 to purchase install remove the old one and dispose of it whereas other quotes were nearly twice as much. Have recommended to neighbours as well.

I have to say that I have been scouring the internet for someone reputable to install two door canopies at home. I was disappointed with many companies who couldn't even be bothered to respond. Not with Door Canopy, Leeds. Neil was first class in attending to provide a quotation and also ensuring that the two canopies were cleanly installed. Thank you mate. Neighbours are being complimentary about them as we speak and they finish the door openings really well

We needed a replacement for our 25 year old front door canopy. Neil supplied and fitted an almost like for like canopy. He was quick and efficient and the end result looks great. We are based in Coventry, while Neil is in Leeds, but that did not any difference.

Our new house lacked a proper entrance, and our new canopy gives just the right touch. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and the cost was very reasonable. We are most pleased with the outcome.
