Easy on line purchase competitive…

Easy on line purchase competitive pricing. Poor communication I had to do the chasing for a delivery date. From purchase of the product to delivery there was no contact after confirming the purchases untill chasing for a delivery date

Great customer service with replacement…

Great customer service with replacement mattress !

I originally purchased the Octasmart Hybrid Mattress and unfortunately experienced some sagging at the edge after 5 years. However, I am writing this review to praise their customer service team. After providing photos and completing the warranty claim process, they arranged for a prompt exchange.
Very satisfied with the outcome! Excellent service, excellent product!

All-Round Poor

The topper I bought didn't have any straps so every morning without fail it had moved significantly.

I bought this because I had back pain and it has not helped at all. I just sink into it - no support whatsoever. It was also supposed to be cooling which already in April seems to have failed.

I submitted 2 support tickets - first one was 9th April (it's now 21st April) and had no reply.

I then separately also requested a call back - which I missed because I was in a meeting. The voicemail said they would call me back. But they haven't.

I originally wanted a replacement to see if it was just the model that was wrong - but I now want to refund fully as I would like to be completely done with this company. But I can't even speak to someone to sort this out - you can literally not get through to someone if you tried. It's either email or request a call back which I have been trying to do for 2 weeks.

I would avoid.

Now have 2 memory foam toppers.

Now have 2 memory foam toppers.
Not comfortable, gone lumpy yet again ,gives me backache & leg pain
Havnt had them the 15 / 18 yrs they should last. Not fit for purpose & certainly doesn't live up to the description given.
