useless site don't waste time if you are wining. this site will kick you out so you can't withdraw

I have been using this site for so long. Everything is good but now they randomly blocked my account assuming i have tried to manipulate site by abusing promotions.
I have reported the problem to support but they have not listened to my problem and kept my account blocked. Dont join this site . U never know when they ban you permanently.

I found out about it through the gaming event. ad event. The old version of the website is not really good. but they have improved it in new version. this website has a lot of promotions, and the features of the website are also really interesting to me.

I used this site for a one-time bet and won. But now I can't even get my initial back.
They give you a promo code and didn't tell you what it does.
when you use it you get a negative balance.
Nothing more than a SCAM site.

i can't withdraw my items and said I need to verify my progress pls someone explain me.

I deposited Items worth $30 and won some bets… now I can buy 2 arcanas.. but when I withdraw, it wont let me.. it says verify account.. I did everything they stated i should do.. still not verified. Contacted them several times.. via email, via facebook… no replies… WHAT A SCAM!….

DONT EVER EVER PUT ANYTHING ON THIS SCAM SITE. JUST DONT.

They will take your items within seconds but when you are going to withdraw, you have to send a message to their Facebook page asking to get verified and you have to wait for days for their replies

first of all, their technicall and staff support have no will to help others verify. they said it would be 7 days. here i am now, still waiting but still haven't receive an answer from them. i wish the website industry's will ban them to create businesses that didnt want to help the customer. CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT

Dont trust this website guys, They literally wont let you withdraw, you get the bonus after depositing and such and when u actually win and want to withdraw, even if my account was verified 2-4 years ago i dont remember when i knew this website for so long but they are semi-scamming people now, after u win, they make you stay inside the website as long as they can. In the past it was easily withdrawable but maybe 2-3 months ago they actually made EVERY ACCOUNT NOT WITHDRAWABLE. A mod in the website has STATED this, And they literally stated that every person, even the ones that was verified from long ago has to go contact the page which will answer in 24 hours, and then after they take your id they will say they will take around 7 days. If i didnt mention this EVERY account has been made into unverified. The scam im calling is that they make you wait and get impatient and make you keep gambling, if you have 10$ ish you wont have problems and it takes a day to verify but guys like me who had 600 $and an aquintance of mine who has 3000$ is still not verified after 7 days :)).. Scam site which abuses the fact that the host has advantage over time. This website was fine for few years but until few months ago they are scamming people. Avoid this website at all costs even if u win big u wont be getting your items for however long they can to make excuses and keep in mind that this website has literally no obligation to give your coins because u cant do anything to them
In conclusion, they were a good website I had no problems with for alot of years together but in the last 3-4 months i havent used it IT BECAME A FULL SCAM
