We are a couple from South Africa and sought out the services of the DUC for our permanent residency visa to Australia. Everything went smoothly which is no surprise considering their agents are very knowledgeable. We had the pleasure of dealing with Jenny who answered all our questions and assisted with our application. We also found their prices to be very reasonable. Overall amazing service, very to the point, and we definitely recommend using the DUC if you need any help with your visas or if you need that extra peace of mind.

I joined the DUC in 2020 after a call with Wes he gave me the belief to follow my dream of living in oz. The DUC team slash community is amazing there the best in the business they actually care about you and want you to get to oz as quickly as possible and they make the process as easy as can be I can’t recommend these guys enough they truly are amazing

I found Mick Breen to be extremely helpful, providing clear and relevant information. After our initial contact, I promptly received a follow-up email that comprehensively reviewed everything we discussed. I highly recommend him based on this positive experience.

UPDATE: In response to their reply. I called and spoke with the “owner” who used this same excuse. So essentially, they opt to NOT call anybody back even though you reach out multiple times and then go, “oops, we get busy!” That’s a pathetic excuse. It’s like when you ring a call centre and they say they’re busier than normal but in fact that level of busy is the norm.

I live in Australia and reached out to DUC to help with a different visa to help with my PR. Nobody ever rang me back. I spoke with someone who claimed to be the owner a few times after I rang his mobile which was provided on their website. I was kind of taken aback when he even dropped the ball and didn’t have anyone follow up with me. Guess they’re only after helping Irish & English citizens since that’s all I ever see reviews from.

So, if you’re not Irish or English, 0/10 do not recommend this agency!

Our feet have now touched the ground a few days after receiving the great new that our visas have been granted. Honestly can't put into words how grateful we are for the hard work the DUC put into making dreams come true. Especially Mars and Shelley who helped us with every aspect of the process. They made it so much more manageable by breaking everything down into manageable sections. We have already booked our flights and leave the UK in 4 weeks on our one way flight.

I highly recommend Down under center if anyone is looking to migrate or to get their skills assessment done. They guide you right throughout the process. Wes and Tullie helped me from the start till the end and they were very professional and accommodative. I honestly cannot thank Tullie enough for guiding me and helping me to achieve my goal on time.

Tullie is fantastic. She was very helpful and always got back to me the next day. Considering I am in the UK and she was in Oz I never found this to be an issue. Thank you again Tullie for all your help.

First of all I can’t believe it’s taken me so long to write this review.

From my very first call consultation with the down under centre I knew I was in safe hands.

They were straight talking, no nonsense and basically told us step by step the best and easiest way to obtain our visas.

They made the process of collecting and gathering documents streamline so that we knew we had everything that was needed to tick all of the many boxes required by immigration.

We lodged our visas in June and they were granted 6 months later in December.

We are now due to fly out as permanent residents in 2 weeks time to begin our new life in Perth and can honestly say we wouldn’t be where we are now without Wes, Jenny, Will and all of the DUC team.

It’s was great experience highly recommend for skill assessment

I had some queries and questions regarding the potential for moving out to Aus and working as a qualified electrician. Some things I found online were extremely confusing with all the different visas and ways of working. Mick Breen straightened out all of these confusions for me, his insight and advice was invaluable. Greatly appreciate your time to chat with me and help me understand how I can work towards moving out to Australia and achieving a dream. I remember joining a free webinar years ago and thinking how knowledgeable they were. When it came to starting the process, I looked at several migration agents but always came back to Down Under Centre. And I am so glad I chose DUC! They really are the best at what they do, they are kind and supportive and go above and beyond to help. I love the community spirit and I know I can continue to count on them in the future. I am looking forward to working with the employment and relocation teams for the next steps!
