We first met Adele, the first member of the team who gave us an estimate of our removal requirements and cost. Which we willingly accepted. The removal team three very professional young men, Ben, Darren and Kieran who did all the packing. Thursday the lorry arrived with another member of staff, Daryl and all was loaded. They then departed to our new home in somerset. Friday, we were unloaded and settled into our new home. It has been from start to Finnish a efficient reliable professional but very friendly experience. A team that we would absolutely recommend ina heartbeat, thankyou team DHP simply the best. Thankyou

Second time I used DPH and again very impressed. Helpful through all stages including booking and advise on packing.
The removals team were very prompt and quick as well as polite and helpful. Even helped get my treadmill up into the loft room.

We could not fault the DPH Team from start to finish. They quoted clearly and were very flexible as our needs changed closer to the move date. They also communicated well throughout the process. On the day, their team turned up on time and were excellent. They worked incredibly hard from 8am until 7pm when we finished and they hardly stopped all day. I cannot recommend DPH Removals enough.

We would highly recommend DPH Removals and Storage. At every stage, from first contact through to delivery of all our items, we were dealt with efficiently and professionally. Every care was taken in packing and storing our belongings and in delivering them to our new address. They offer an excellent service so if you are moving, give them a call, you will be pleased that you did.

We had moved out of our old property and had put our furniture and belongings into storage. Our complication on our new property started at the beginning of the week and and I contact DPH and they managed to get us moved in within that week. Communication were excellent and the guys were once again spot on for the delivery. The off load took the same amount off time as the pick up and went very smoothly, can’t thank the team enough,excellant service!

DPH were really good from Adele coming out to give us a quote to Debs sorting the available dates.
When the lads came with the lorries they were chatty helpful and professional all throughout.
We had a delay getting our keys and they were waiting at the house so when we finally arrived they got on with it really quickly.

After using DPH removals several years ago, we had no hesitation in booking them again for our most recent move.

The guys arrived at 9am on the dot, completed the loading in just over an hour, unloaded at the new house with no issues, concerns or worries from us whatsoever.

From first contact, DPH Removals were professional, very helpful and very sympathetic and understanding about arranging my elderly fathers move from Lincolnshire to Cornwall. The survey was thorough and the price offered was very competitive. The packing was done without breakages and all items arrived without damage. The delivery team were excellent and very helpful with placing and moving furniture. Their vehicles are clearly well maintained and were well presented. Excellent throughout.

We have been delighted with the care and attention we received from our initial enquiry to the actual day of removal. Nothing was too much trouble; we were only able to confirm our move the day before, but this wasn't a problem. The removal lorry arrived spot on time, and the three guys took time to lay down mats to protect our carpets before touring round the house to be advised what was staying put. No damage whatsoever was done to the house, and everything was removed within 3 hours, to go into storage. This experience was as pleasant as it possibly could be.
