I have been working with DRB Capital for months before finally making the decision to move forward. During that time I never felt pressured or compelled to do anything I didn't want to. DRB reps were always there to assist and help me and not force their agenda on me which was super awesome. Once I decided to move forward and pursue this I worked with Sam directly throughout the entire process from start to getting my money in my bank account. She was amazing every step of the way. I can' enumerate all the ways she was stellar, but suffice it to say I am very impressed and happy with all she was able to do for me. This has been the best and most rewarding decision I have made and DRB was there to facilitate it each step of the way. If you do your part, you have nothing to worry about it will all come to a good happy ending as it did for me.

They were on top of everything and very caring. Everyone would make sure that I would get the information I needed walked me through everything. I had the opportunity to work with Mr. Brain Cutler, actually by sheer coincidence. I was actually calling to update my current address when we began talking. DRB is a great company to work with. There was no haggling back and forth. They are very straight forward company which I appreciated. They are exceptionally honest and trustworthy. I worked with Brian Cutler who helped me through every step of the way. He was always easy to get a hold of and was always eager to answer any of my questions. I was in a bad car accident and fell on some hard times which led me to selling my annuity. Brian would not only check in on me to inform me about my annuity sale but also really cared about how my recovery was going and was very genuine. Every phone call started with “how are you?” Or “how are you feeling?” It didn’t feel like it was all business. He is very personable as well as knowledgeable and professional. His boss Michael Pitts helped me as well and was always kind. Both were willing to go the extra mile to explain things to me so I felt more comfortable. Selling an annuity is a big decision. It was great working with a company that was empathetic and strived to make sure I understood every step and process.
