Janette at Team Valley was really professional and friendly in helping us find the perfect mattress. We used the sleepmatch machine and she took us through all the different mattresses which were the best fit for us, giving us time to try them each out ourselves, would definitely recommend.

Sofi was really helpful in showing us the types of mattresses that we were looking for.
There was no pressure and Sofi answered all of our question.

Gabriel was fantastic from start to finish. He was friendly, approachable and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the different beds and mattresses without ever making us feel pressured. He listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect combination to suit our needs. His customer service was excellent, and he made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. They helped us find exactly what we were looking for and made the whole process easy. The free brew was a lovely touch too!
