One of the worst service from dreams costumer service the member of staff Karla she doesn’t have any manners to talk to people about faulty of my kids mattress my kids they feeling the spring when they line down and this company think only about money and the mattress are under 5years guarantee

Went to the bracknell store this morning to buy a matress and bed frame, excellent customer service by louis and the lovely lady, cant remember her name, do apologise, even had a coffee made for me and my husband, had a lovely bed test to see what mattress was perfect for us, I changed my mind and only bought the mattress but will come back in a month's time to get the bed frame, pillows etc, can not fault dreams in any way, will tell friends and family to come to dreams for the excellent customer service and friendly staff, give them 10 out of 10.

We are loving our new mattress, duvet and pillows. It is like sleeping on a cloud surrounded by soft snuggly duvet and pillows. We are getting a much better sleep. The delivery services we could not fault they took or old mattress away and delivered our new mattress with little or no hassle. I would highly recommend Dreams to anyone who is thinking of buying a new bed mattress etc.

The salesperson did not offer next day delivery. The salesperson never called back.

I so the mrs Linda at the branch she was very good lady.my English is not very good but she’s perfectly explain everything for me and my husband she’s read all the pages for us to understand one by one she’s very polite. Also she said about all size she gives us measurement to see the size and she checked with us everything’s and she’s very good finished on time I’m very pleased for her. Also I’m your customer from 2005 till now I buy bed and mattress pillows so I love dream also you have very good quality.thank you for all

Specified NOT a firm mattress, as it would be on a pine slatted base.
First night I had difficulty getting off bed in morning, stiff, and couldn’t stand properly.
Second night ached from neck to knees, robotic movements.
I realised that I could not use this new mattress
I have not suffered from back problems before.
I returned to store to check the mattress that I had tried. It wasn’t as firm, owing to some traffic on it, I believe it’s on sprung edge base, so far less firm.
I asked for call back from customer service - no call - I rang back a FEW days later to request mattress change.
Currently sleeping on duvets on bedroom floor until soft new mattress arrives.
Shocking customer service, no call back after some days waiting.

The sleep match was really helpful as was the salesman. Got a new bed and mattress in clearance sale so really good value. Delivered on time and delivery guys friendly and efficient.
