Wayne in the Carlisle shop was brilliant. So knowledgeable and helpful in finding us a fantastic mattress. Took us through the sleepmatch scanner, great piece of technology to narrow down the options and from there Wayne talked us through the mattresses and different offerings from dreams. We also got a hot drink which is a lovely touch. We wouldnt go anywhere else for a mattress thanks to Wayne!

Purchased a mattress a few months ago, unfortunately my back just wasn't agreeing with it. Went back in to try new ones and swap it out on the comfort exchange policy. Sam and Ashley were super helpful and assisted me in finding the right one. Fingers crossed no more back ache

I had a great experience at dreams, AJ was very helpful and showed us all the mattresses that we needed and we ended up buying it that day very friendly staff!!
Would recommended to go there !!

I purchased a mattress from Dreams about a month ago, and I have to say that the sales assistant who helped me in store was extremely helpful and provided excellent service.
Unfortunately, my experience after the purchase has been extremely disappointing. The mattress was due to be delivered today, but I received a call yesterday informing me that there was an issue and that the delivery would be postponed by three weeks.
I explained that I could not accept this delay, as I had already disposed of my old mattress to make space for the new one. I was told that a member of the customer service team would contact me today to discuss the situation, but no one has contacted me.
I have also been trying to reach customer service since midday and have been left waiting in the online chat queue, currently showing that I am number 55 in line. It is extremely frustrating to be left waiting with no communication or support.
While the sales experience was excellent, the after-sales service has been unacceptable. A company should not take a customer's money and then leave them without a solution, without updates, and without any meaningful support when things go wrong. I am now left without a mattress and with no clear indication of when this issue will be resolved.
This has been a very disappointing experience and has seriously affected my confidence in Dreams. I hope the company reviews its delivery processes and customer service standards, because customers deserve far better communication and support after making a significant purchase.

Liam was very helpful at the Newcastle Quays store today providing useful information about different frame and mattress options. Good range of beds to try out too.

I needed a mattress urgently so went to dreams as I know they’re a bigger retailer for mattresses so are more likely to be able to fulfil my time restraints. I ordered a bed on Sunday and I was told it would definitely be with me by end of day Tuesday. Wednesday is now over and I am not getting through to anyone. I contacted their telephone customer service (listed as open 9am to 5pm on their OWN website) and apparently everyone has signed off already? At 4 pm? Rubbish experience- I would not have gone with them had they not promised quick delivery. Regretting my decision now.

Charlotte & Jay (Newbury Store), were extremely helpful in explaining the new technology that is now used to help choose a bed that is best suited to your needs. Overall we were very happy with the service we received.

We purchased a mattress from Dreams following the advice of one of their sales people.

After a short time we realised that we both felt the mattress was not very comfortable. We decide to use Dreams 100 day exchange and went back to the store and another member of staff was surprised at the previous recommendation and helped us select a different mattress. We were told we should arrange this via their Customer Service.

What a mess!! Wait times on the telephone, or web chat can be in the hours (105 minutes on one occasion).

We have had four different dates for the exchange to take place. Two cancelled on the afternoon before and one where no one turned up and after another lengthy wait we were told they had no record (despite confirming by phone and two emails!).

Our fourth appointment is now another two weeks away and we have no confidence that they will turn up then.

They are awful and we will never use them again.

The staff at the Altrincham branch were very friendly and helpful. They were not pushy I took my time to decide on the mattress I wanted. They made me take my time to make my choice.
Gabby and the Altrincham branch Manager had expert knowledge and were able to answer all my questions of the product I purchased.

Customer service department is terrible can't contact anybody by phone or email. Got mattress delivered on Monday 3 days late however got a txt message to say mattress will be delivered on this Thursday and can't contact anybody to cancel it as I am 212 in the queue and I ain't waiting that long.

Tommy at at Dundee was brilliant & really helpful hoping to order a new mattress really soon. Picked up a new pillow today yahoo

I was apprehensive at first, but the team and Imogen at Dreams Ashford went above and beyond in helping my elderly mother and I find an electric bed that suited all our needs. Would highly recommend

The staff in store were really good
The delivery people were also faultless
I had to report a fault that involved a replacement
And there was an amount to be refunded the V12 finance people delt with three parents most efficiently
But there was a cash refund due also it takes up to 2hours to get through the online Chat has no appreciation of the problem and is completely useless
He after asking me for all the info not once but up to 3 times then says it it being handled by the finance team
Which i was told over a week ago now I am told that no payment had been authorised so I could have been waiting for ever
He claimed it is now being processed and can take 7/14 days again I just think in these times of electronic banking you surely can do better than this. And for this reason I have told my brother and his 2 daughters who have all moved house and we're all looking for beds that is 1 x 6 bed house and 2 x 4bed house not to buy from you! It's a disgrace how you deal with this

superb sales & service in Chatham

Had a wonderful experience spread across 2 days. I went in to buy a mattress I’d picked from the website but was advised that I wasn’t going to be comfortable on it. After a long chat with a very experienced staff member I left to think about my options and went back this morning with questions which were answered knowlegeably and I was extremely impressed. I left the shop having bought the right mattress for both myself and my bed.

Staines store Dreams , Harry & Marlena were very helpful when we were getting our bed and mattress, I would highly recommend
