Definitely recommend
The guy who helped us (Daniel) was incredible, explained things in detail so we wouldn’t get confused, showed us multiple great beds and even did the thing wear you lay on the bed and it try's to find the right bed mach for you, as someone with FND, fibomialgia & autism who spends most days in bed that helped alot. He also made sure it was in our budget!!

I am a very unsatisfied customer
Sorry to say I am a very unsatisfied customer. The Southend branch I could no fault the staff while buying my bed. Trained to be nice while they want your money.
Once things go wrong that's a different matter.
I have been to the store on many time to get my money back for cancelled goods due to there faulty computer system. I have rang customers services 90minute wait, I have used AI service who transferred me to customer services to be 198 place in the que. Not a company I would recommend. Do Dreams actually read these comments.

Dreams Norwich
I came to Dreams to buy a mattress not having a clue where to start. Sean was absolutely brilliant helping me to buy the right one, and made me a lovely hot chocolate while I was deciding what mattress to get. I would recommend Dreams to anybody, the staff are so friendly and helpful.

Popped into the Southall branch just to look at beds and came out with a bed and mattress. Kishan was excellent. Great attention to detail and very patient with me trying to determine what style bed and mattress. I’m always very hard to please but left truly satisfied with service and advice given. Totally recommend Kishan!

Norwich Dreams - thanks Dennis!
I went to the Norwich store with my partner to buy our mattress for our first home and we were very pleased with our experience. All our questions were answered with confidence and we felt very looked after. Huge thank you to Dennis for all the help as we did not have a clue what we wanted/were looking for but very happy with our decision thanks to his expertise. Would visit again!

Dennis in Norwich was absolutely fantastic. Told us everything we needed to know but gave us space to test beds without feeling like we were being sold to. Sean also spoke to us and was also fantastic. Mattress purchased in store and process made smooth by both of them.

Robbie was amazing with us
Robbie was amazing with us! Showed us all the mattresses best suited to us after using the sleep match machine. He was so knowledgeable and very kind too. He was absolutely incredible at helping us and sorted us with a great mattress. We got to try loads out and it was actually a really fun experience. Thank you so much Robbie! 😆
