Recently visited the Chesterfield store, where there was an excellent choice of products, plus an outstanding level of service provided by their employee Sarah.
The Sleep Match facility was utilised to give a more accurate suitability choice, which proved extremely beneficial when choosing.
Drinks were kindly provided during a detailed explanation of mattresses and bed frames etc.
Highly recommend this store and will definitely be returning to purchase future products.

Shocking carry on all round.
Price promise is a joke, customer service is a shambles on all levels.
Orders not being added to systems in a timely manner, so no access to my account for nearly 7 days. Emails not answered, 2hrs and 6 minutes on hold. 10 Days to wait for a refund apparently! Bogus voicemails left saying they called would try again? When I know for sure they didn’t ring. AVOID AVOID AVOID at all cost.

Excellent informative experience. The assistant was patient and explained everything to us.

Today I visited the dreams store in Irvine, Scotland and received excellent customer service. I went in to ask for information on purchasing a bed and the member of staff Debbie who assisted me was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend!

Went into Bournemouth store and James helped us. What fantastic customer service he gave us. Offered us a drink as it was hot outside and helped us on the mattress sleepmatch. He was the nicest shop assistant I’ve come across in a while. He’s an asset to Dreams

Ben at the Straiton store in Edinburgh was very helpful. I took a while to decide what i wanted, and went into the store 3 times. He was very patient and the other colleagies were so friendly. He didnt mind when I kept changing my mind and was serving other customers. Great service

TLDR: Ordered a mattress for next day delivery, over a week later it still hasn't turned up, and its impossible to speak to anyone to resolve the issue or cancel the order.

Long version:
I ordered a mattress for next day delivery last week, it has still not been delivered over a week later. I got an automated email from the courier saying it would be delivered the next day, with a delivery slot. It didn't turn up that day and I got another email saying it would be delivered the next day (friday). It didn't turn up and this pattern repeated on saturday delivery and monday delivery. I contacted the courier and they said they had never been sent the mattress. I then contacted Dreams through the online chat, it took 3 hours to get through to someone who told me they had spoken to the courier and it would be delivered the following day. Again it didnt turn up.

The next day I waited another 4 hours on online chat, finally got through to someone who immediately closed the chat saying I had another chat open (I didn't), when i said i wanted to cancel the order and get a refund. I tried phoning and got an automated message saying we are too busy to take your call, try online chat. Online chat then said I was number 235 in the queue.

Customer Service is hopeless.

I dont know what's happened to Dreams but the service has gone to the dogs. I've placed several orders over last few years and up to now the customer service has been pretty good. In recent weeks it's gone rapidly downhill. The customer support phone number isn't available, the online chat is so slow to connect to anyone. I placed my most recent order in Mid june for delivery on 1st August, a few days ahead the delivery got rearranged two weeks later at a time i couldnt really do. After 3 hours waiting for the online chat to connect the advisor tells me that they cant book another date without cancelling the original date and that could mean another extended delay. The Customer service people at dreams have been great in the past, im sure they still are, but the system or something has changed and from a customer experience point of view it's broken.

Great experience, got something for everyone

We had Stewart at the Dundee Store showing us around to help us decide which mattress was best suited for us both. As we didn’t have a clue on where to start, he talked us through all of the options and got us to try out the Sleep Match. We originally went in with another mattress in mind that was sold elsewhere but we found an even better one at Dreams! Great service, not pushy like a lot of other salespeople which we loved. Thanks again!

Loving the bed, style and colour.

I was served by Karen in the Blyth store ,fantastic service ,I was in need of a new pillow after having nights of no sleep ,she helped me find the perfect one ,she even offered me a cup of tea and I even had a go of the sleep match ,totally recommend if you want a lovely atmosphere to shop in

I’ve had great experience in Dreams New Cross, very friendly and helpful staff, Mortel helped us choose the perfect options for our mattress and arranged a quick delivery, I would definitely recommend!

Great customer service from Liam at Royal Quays. Very knowledgeable and was great to work with. Ended up buying mattress and frame - love it!
