Not sure where to start … from start to finish … before during and after our holiday Kirsten has been amazing.
I wanted something special for my 50th birthday which also happened to serve as a honeymoon… but didn’t know where to start (or go for that matter)
Kirsten asked all the right questions to get me thinking about what it was I actually wanted including what I wanted to see and do whilst on this trip of a lifetime .. how long I was to be away and what my budget was. She then found me the perfect holiday which ticked all the boxes.. but moreover was on hand to remind me about visas, check ins, flights etc
She went above and beyond to make sure we had the best holiday (including little gifts in the rooms for birthday/ honeymoon). We were made to feel valued and special at every point
We have already booked our next trip with her!!

I contacted Kirsten today for some help with finding a villa. I was not impressed with her tone. She came across as rude, unhelpful and just didn't seem like she could even be bothered to look. Maybe she was having a bad day, I just don't know, but I was shocked at how she suggested she just couldn't be bothered to look for villas with beds larger than a double. I would avoid this company. Do it yourself, just like I will be. After making this all about my budget, I'd like to let everyone see what you actually said: here's the quote: " we have a lot of villas, but as there's only a few airlines with flights released for May it would have to be either a supplier package or flights and villa PACKAGED BY ME. WITHOUT going INTO ALL VILLAS, LOOKING FOR WHICH ONES HAVE KING SIZED BEDS etc.. This was NOT about budget. You clearly didn't want to have to package the deal yourself ( too much bother) and on top of that could not be bothered to go into ALL the villas to find out WHICH ONES had king sized beds. I'd have had much more respect if you'd just asked for a ballpark figure, and responded with I am sorry I really don't want to undertake this particular search. Your 2 competitors are now in touch and helping me to find a villa. Your loss. You really need to learn how to speak to your clients, your attitude is appalling. Have a good day.

What an experience from considering and asking Kirsten a million questions to booking and even upon returning from the holiday. We booked a Disney holiday surprise with Kirsten and it was perfect. Great value for money, she was incredibly helpful and gave us so much support and advice. I continue to ask about new holidays and can’t wait to book another.

I booked to go to Lapland with Kirsten for Christmas, who was amazing from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for her, from speaking to me through all of the different options, dealing with medical issues in my party, finding out options when one of my party couldn't come after paying the majority of the money, and even helping when she changed from her original company to starting her own business and was no longer in charge of my booking. Kirsten even received our backpack and special bits from Canterbury and shipped them on to us in Jersey. She really does go above and beyond! I would 100% book with her again!

Fabulous trip organised to Lapland. Everything was straight forward and seamless with honest transparent and balanced answers to my questions. Any enquiries were dealt with in a timely manner with the right prompts for what we needed to do. Would recommend following this route to anyone looking to arrange holidays to Lapland in the future.

I went to Kirsten with a Caribbean cruise in mind and a rough date and budget and she gave me a range of options which were all relevant and attractive. She advised, from experience, the cruiseline that may be the best fit for our family was patient and not at all pushy as we took time to decide.
Having never booked a longhaul flight or cruise, it was reassuring to hand the task over to a professional and everything was handled smoothly by Kirsten. Communication was great and documents and info was sent over as and when needed.
We had the best 2 weeks on MSC Seascape, visiting the most beautiful places, making memories that will last a lifetime!

I have just returned from my second trip by Kirsten from Malta. She made it so stress free and easy and was patient and helpful with some of my queries. First time to Thailand for me, second for my wife. Kirsten made this trip truly amazing, listened to what we wanted and didn’t fail. The hotels we stayed in were fantastic, away for 2 weeks and it felt like a month, will definitely be booking again.

Nothing was to much. I changed my mind half way through and Kirsten was brilliant. Fully supported us all the way through and against the online / big companies we saved roughly 28%!!!

Went away on holiday with my family to Boa Vista, Cape Verde for Christmas & New Year, there were 10 of us altogether, this was all organised by DreamtravelbyKirsten, brilliant. Without a doubt, it was so well organised from the flight out to the flight back it all went without a hitch, stress free. The venue, Hotel Riu Touareg was excellent, clean, plenty of choice for food, most of the staff were friendly & helpful. Fully recommended.

Kirsten has been great. I was so overwhelmed booking a Lapland trip. Luckily I found Kirsten on Facebook. I popped her a message and got a speedy reply. I said what I wanted from my Lapland trip and she sorted the whole thing with no stress at all from start to finish. My children had a lovely Lapland pack sent through the post which was great.
Any questions I had I simply messaged and again got a speedy reply with the answer.
Highly recommend if you want a truly stress free magical holiday.
