A completely stress-free and happy experience.
I bought a new Audi A3 from this dealer and they were great in every way; responsive, fair, welcoming without being pushy and answered my questions honestly and accurately. There was no attempted upselling. I traded in an old car and was given a fair valuation which exceeded other online buyers.
I was given a detailed handover and can honestly say that the whole experience was reliable and stress-free.

Hi, our experience at the Walton branch was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience mainly due to the excellent service provided by the staff but mainly due to the attention and service provided by sales personnel Rahim Velji. He made us feel extremely welcome, provided us with all the information we requested, responded to our emails promptly and looked after us throughout. We are very happy with the vehicles we purchased and hope any future sales personnel match up to Rahim’s customer service. He has a very nice attentive and professional manner.

Smooth and efficient service
The experience was smooth from start to finish. I had an idea of the car I wanted. There weee no sales people available when we went in but a lady helped us and worked out the finance and then passed us straight over to sales. They kept in touch through the whole process and responded quickly to any emails or queries I had. The car was waiting in the showroom with a lovely bouquet of flowers and we were shown around the car. Great service.

Buying a car remotely.
The buying experience was great with the online sales representative being helpful and knowledgeable and I was happy with the price paid for my new car. Unfortunately she was unable to deliver the car but arranged a pick by a driver for me. The actual sales was conducted by a Sales Manager who tied up all the paperwork and offered many add on services. When I declined online, i was offered additional services during my visit which again I declined. A big show was made of unveiling the new car, which was unnecessary in my eyes before he took less than 5 mins to show me the main functions of the car. He made various assumptions about my knowledge and understanding of the functions so I did not feel willing to ask further questions. In my view his priorities were wrong, not offering good customer service on the core product, whilst emphasising the extras to earn commission hence my 4* rating
