⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent customer service from Drinkit

I can’t recommend Drinkit highly enough. Their customer service has been excellent from start to finish.

When I reported that a part was faulty and leaking, they immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent via 24-hour delivery. They then provided a UPS delivery note so I could return the faulty item to them, making the whole process incredibly straightforward.

I also experienced some issues with an Aston 3 hand pull system and contacted Drinkit for advice. They were extremely patient and helpful, taking the time to work through the possible causes with me and helping me diagnose the problem.

It eventually became apparent that the issue was entirely down to something I had done myself. Despite this, their responses remained polite, helpful and professional throughout. There was absolutely no blame or frustration — just a genuine willingness to help get me up and running.

It’s refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind its products and, more importantly, genuinely cares about its customers.

Excellent products, fantastic customer service and a company I would happily recommend to others.

There was a mix-up between ourselves and the brewery when ordering parts, as both parties placed orders directly with the company. This resulted in a duplicate order.
We returned our items immediately, without even opening the package. Once the company received them, they issued a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. However, the terms and conditions on their website at the time of purchase clearly stated a £10 restocking charge. The returns note I requested only mentioned that a restocking fee would be applied depending on order value/products—there was no mention of a 15% charge.
I was therefore very disappointed to be charged £211.65, which is a significant difference compared to the stated £10 fee. While I understand a reasonable restocking charge, this level of fee—especially without clear prior disclosure—is unacceptable.
When I contacted the company, their response was simply that they would update the website, which does nothing to resolve the issue.
Due to this experience, I will not be using this company again or recommending them to others.
