I rented a Luton Van from Glasgow City…
I rented a Luton Van from Glasgow City branch as was moving house. I did have an issue as the van broke down but during that time I was in contact regularly with Philip in the city branch who was really helpful throughout. He was able to source a replacement later that evening although lost a full day that day, after putting in a complaint they refunded me in full within 28 days of raising the complaint.
Although the experience itself was difficult to navigate at the time, the branch were very helpful and responsive and the outcome certainly is what I had hoped for and more.
I would definitely use Drivalia again as this was just an unfortunate circumstance at the time and certainly recommend to anyone who is thinking of using their services. Also very competitive in pricing too.

I never write reviews but I’ve used Drivalia twice in two weeks now due to my car being off the road and honestly it’s so easy and the guys at Glasgow city branch are fantastic! First time I accidentally booked for the wrong day and it was sorted out so quickly! Gary and Phil- thank you!!! ☺️

Superb service
Great experience with the glasgow city centre branch. I have used this company many times now for hiring a van, and they have been fantastic. Phil especially has been superb, and has helped me out with van with no problems whatsoever. Great customer service.
