Chris was lovely from start to finish. We phoned on the Friday for a car we knew would have a lot of interest. I asked to pay a deposit and Chris held the car for me until the following Monday. When I messaged Chris to ask a question, he responded promptly. Additionally, when we set off for our 3 hour journey to Birmingham, I messaged to let him know we were on our way, he got straight back to us with a 'see you soon'. Chris' cars are all neatly and safely stored; the car we went to see was lovely and clean. And despite being in a busy area for test drives, he made it easy enough to have a good drive about - he threw in a few speed bumps so we could listen out for those 'tell tale' knocks and bangs. The car itself is as described, really nice quality for the age it is. All the paperwork and two keys and a simple warranty, too. We couldn't be happier. Thanks Chris, you made the experience worth the drive.

Great customer service. I had brought a Mercedes A Class and the car is splendid. Have had the motor now for 9 months and no major issues with it. Friendly, helpful staff, would definitely recommend and purchase from again in the future!

Painless process from start to finish. Car was as described and competitively priced. No pressure sales. Trustworthy owner. Would use again.

This company, or person, advertises in various places and often appears on Autotrader advertising vehicles.
I contacted him through autotrader regarding a vehicle for sale.
I arranged with him to drive over for a look at the car which was 2 hours away from me, but it looked like a quality motor.

I asked him if I could leave a deposit if I liked it and collect the car the next day, he said that was fine. He asked me to call him the moment i was setting off and he would then hold the car until I got there so that no one else would buy it.

An hour into my journey and travelling down the M1, he called me to tell me that the vehicle had developed an engine management fault and he would need to take it to the garage to fault find. He said he would call me back the next day with an update.

That call never came, because I have since found out that this person had actually sold the vehicle before I even got there. This person has no honour or integrity at all, nor does he care about his customers. He sold the vehicle when he said he would hold it for me to view, he sold the vehicle knowing I had been travelling an hour already to get to him. In total it cost me over two hours of my day and £20 in fuel for nothing.

I should be thanking him I guess, his warranties and words are clearly meaningless, like he himself, an empty dishonourable person.
