The customer service was great! Very polite, helpful. Patient. No issues with customer service. Just the vehicle I was sold. I had the vehicle less than 24hrs and the car stalled and wouldn’t drive. The engine light, battery light, oil light, and some other light that I have never seen before was all on. I was in the middle of the road, during rush hour! I was only able to put my hazards on, turn the car off and turn it on. Luckily it turned on with no issues and the lights werent on the dashboard anymore. But then it happened 2 more times within a 20 min drive and each time while I was driving. Very scary! I called DriveTime and all they can say was to call silver rock and take it to a repair shop (locations given was pep boys, Firestone and one other that I never heard of, not very good choices) to get a diagnostic. I asked so what happens? I can’t afford to be without a car again. They said oh there is a rental reimbursement. (Not pleased at all because I just purchased a vehicle and now I have to pay for a rental and wait to get reimbursed in the end) the customer service was great. The vehicle was very nice, but the fact that it had issues less than 24hrs is very aggravating. I called DriveTime back to say I will be returning the vehicle and will get a full refund. They said I couldn’t come today since they are short staffed and busy but I can come the next day. It’s just aggravating that they would sell a vehicle that has issues. Just very disappointed that the car already has issues. It should’ve been checked correctly and carefully before it was even offered to be sold. They did offer other vehicles to chose from to replace this current vehicle but I declined. I would rather go elsewhere. Especially after being highly disappointed that I was sold a vehicle that had issues. Don’t get me wrong, the vehicle is gorgeous, up to date, clean, smooth drive, interior and exterior looks great, it would’ve been perfect if it didn’t have what looks like many maintenance issues, engine, battery, brake issues.

Everyone was extremely polite. Working with Charity was great. She never pressured me, but was very informative. The experience was actually fun, which unfortunately you don't always expect when buying a car.

Charity at Drive time was such a pleasure to work with! Everyone at Drive time was awesome and very patient with me. I was a bug to them, because I recently was involved in an accident. I was in such a need of a car. They were very understanding and explained the process to me. I had to wait to a few days before I could get my car and they kept me up to date. Charity was so patient and I will recommend anyone looking for a car to go to this dealership. You all are amazing and I couldn’t be more happier.

Worst experience!! spoke with an agent in Lombard IL, location. Completed the proper procedure, sent necessary documents, agreements were made, gave a 100 dollar deposit, made reservation to pick the vehicle for the next day by phone. The morning of while getting dress to head there, the agent called with a different agreement, different payment arrangements, and a different down payment. Now I’m out of $100 with no vehicle. Don’t waste your time

The buying process went smooth and easy. Ayesha and her crew were awesome! The problem came on the way back to Sun Prairie, Wisconsin after buying the car in West Chicago. Before getting home, the check engine light came on and the car died twice. The warranty charged us $200.00 for a “deductible” when it’s supposed to be covered 100% for the first 30 days or 1,500 miles. Everyone run if a dealership tries to sell you an overpriced, pathetic warranty through SilverRock!

Great experience but the vehicle I got at first ended up being problematic after having it for less than 24hrs. I went in the following day and they got me in another one with no problem. I have only had new car for a day but so far so good. Overall the service was good, I just wish that before they put you in a car that they make sure it’s safe to drive

Went to the location in West Chicago, vehicle did not have a jack or spare tire. Brought this to Alex’s attention. Called another location in Midlothian who said they had the spare and a jack. Went to pick up the spare tire and the jack. Upon arrival, I was told that they did not have it and I needed to get this on my own. Waste it time, money and gas. Once the sale is done, the customer service is gone.

Alec was wonderful helped me out through the whole process
