If you go to get a car from these guys make sure to bring someone who knows cars to look under the hood. These guys cleared a stored temperature sensor issue on my jeep. 2 days after purchasing it the check engine light went on. It drove for awhile but its been sitting about a month in a half now. cos I cant afford the repairs. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else these guys are scam artists they dont care about the person buying car just getting their cut. Been talking to a lawyer hoping to make things right bc I shouldn't have to pay 1000 for a repair that should have been fixed before I was sold the car

Salesperson was polite but most of the cars on the lot are high mileage, high priced cars that come with problems. In less than a week my check engine light is on. Called the dealership which offers no solution. Hopefully the warranty company covers the parts otherwise this will not be a good experience with drivetime. Cars look good but buyer beware

I went to DriveTime purchase a car on a Saturday by Monday it was stalling when it got to 1st gear. I took it to the shop to try to get it handled they suggested I should get another vehicle as they had my car for 2 days. I take it back to DT they said yes we can swap your SUV. They wanted me to down grade from what I had or GIVE them more $$. I was outraged and the attitudes were thoughtless. When I read reviews about how bad they were I figured they may not be so bad. IF YOUR READING THIS REVIEW DO NOT GO TO DRIVETIME AND WASTE YOUR TIME MONEY OR ENERGY!!! This is a sign for you DON’T DO IT 🛑🛑🛑

Juwan , was amazing and took his time and was very helpful on make sure i get what i wanted .

At the very beginning i was skeptical as it felt like i was waiting forever. Once I finally made it to the desk everything was moving along nicely. I purchased an SUV with less-than-perfect credit, and when I say Juwan was nothing short of amazing — I mean it! He made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this dealership. I bought a car from here five years ago, which was the day that Covid hit and I still have that car till this day. I’ve never had any major issues up out of it. I bought it with less miles on it and it’s still has less miles on it. I had an awesome experience with the process the first time and I had an awesome experience the second time there has been some changes made, and I like those new changes because you are not at the dealership as long as you used to be. I’m comfortable with the vehicle that I bought and I’m comfortable with the same bank that gave me a second chance so if you’re looking for a good car with a real reliable down payment, please go to drive time out in Maple Heights. You will not leave there unsatisfied

I was very disappointed at the process that I went through in order to purchase my vehicle. The amount of time and money was ridiculous. I started off by calling the Columbus branch to inquire about the vehicle I wanted to buy, I never received a call back. I went to my local branch informed them of the car I wanted. The sales person was really trying to sell me a vehicle I didn’t want. She never reserved the vehicle. I had to drive 2 1/2 hours to get the car that I wanted, and sat there 2 hours to find out the car was sold that morning. After putting a down payment, I then had to get a hotel and rent a car to drive 3 more hours the next day to Michigan to get another vehicle and they wouldn’t even give me a full tank of gas…. I feel like I’ve been punked the entire time…

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I particularly liked the attitude of the salesman in assuring I got the best deal. I as well Luke the no money down.
I recommend Drive time over any other car lot I've been to.

This is my second time with DriveTime. Brian was friendly, patient and knowledgeable.

Brian and the team at the Warrenville location were inviting and welcoming. They served me with what I desired and were patient with me. Brian ensured I understood everything I was getting and showed me all my options. They were quick and professional. Working with this team was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. I was in there for maybe 2 1/2 hours, maybe. So I enjoyed my exercise and will recommend it to others. (Warrenville, OH location)
