I felt disrespected I'm a diabetic and I got sick in the store I had to go to the bathroom throwing up,When I came out to go back to my salesman,And young lady walked up on my right side of me and started talking about how it smells I was ashame and embarrassed by her words,I wanted to walk out, She made sure that I heard her I did everything in my power not to cry I was weak my blood sugar had drop to 60, And she was put stress and embarrassment on me I felt overwhelmed I couldn't think, She was talking loud about the situation. It was a horrible experience, I still think about it how could she be so cruel in a professional setting.And she walked around spraying spray in the air

I would like to give a shout out to Janica Cooper & Darlisha Brown in Greenville NC for getting my husband & I right. We came in with cash in hand standing on business and they knew it. All were excited and very helpful. If you need a new whip go head and check them out!!!

I had a great experience in dealing with DriveTime! I knew exactly what I wanted, before going in. And I was able to take a test drive & run everything. The staff there was very busy, but took their time with me if I had questions & went over everything very clearly. It was the first time I bought a car on my own and did the whole process. It was a different car buying experience withouth feeling pressured or uncomfortable, like most places, and I would definitely go there again! Tmyah was fantastic!!

I would love to give zero star this place and recommend not to buy from this place,they sell very bad condition cars.

The experience was great. The sales associate was experienced and very knowledgeable.

Every part of the process was personable and inhouse it was courteous service from everyone. Jonathan the manager was extremely helpful in the beginning of the process in the dealership and Damien was helpful and professional.

It was a very easy process

This was a waste of time that I knew from the beginning. I was told all these different things and when I get there it's something else. On top of that I filled out the form online and told them what I was putting down. When I get there they don't even have nothing in that category. I called before I even went to this location and was told everything is good just come in. I payed a Uber twice to get there and back when I could of been notified before hand or told on the phone. This drive time needs to get better with knowing information for them and the customers. I'll never go back to any drive time for this matter. When I walked in I knew it was going to be some bull shit. Not a good company at all and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. If I must say this we as the worst experience ever trying to buy a car. I see this company is not for the customers. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME

My mother and I got a vehicle from them the service was good, but after the owning the car for less than month I noticed brake and steering wheel shake. Upon attemping try to use their warranty service they denied the claim and said it was over the mileage. The shop discovered that the rotors were bad. Rotors last thousands of miles and we drove less than 2 thousand miles and had a car with bad rotors. They knowingly sold the car like that. Driving less than 2000 miles even 5000 miles is not enough to wear down rotors to that point. They refused to make it right and now we are stuck footing the bill. It sucks that this 19k car couldn't even be sold with fresh or close to it rotors. They essentially scammed us and after talking to them they basically told us to suck it.

I contacted David via phone and informed him about my credit and bankruptcy. I was told that they can work with it and that I should come to see the car. So, my mom and I showed up there last Saturday, February 22nd, around 9am. I tested the car, and it was great. I liked it. So, I told him I wanted this vehicle. I'd like this vehicle. He took my application, and everything was fine until he said the bank needed 24-48 hours to review my application due to the bankruptcy on my credit.

My bankruptcy attorney write a letter stating that I am able to purchase a vehicle up to $10,000 in principal amount before interest. At first, David said I wasn't able to get it because, with interest, it would go over $10,000. However, my bankruptcy attorney, already stated that it is the principal amount only, up to $10,000 before interest is added, which means we can get that vehicle. But David kept saying that the bank will need to review it again. Then he said the management team needs to discuss this.

I have the down payment ready, and I can afford the monthly payments. I want to build up my credit in the meantime. I work full-time. If it wasn't for the bankruptcy on my credit, he'd probably let me purchase the vehicle. I feel that's a bit discriminatory against those with a bankruptcy.

I am going through a divorce. I had to file for bankruptcy to save my house last year as a last resort. My car broke down, and transportation is very important for getting to work every day. I told them I could do the down payment, $3,000. I even tried to offer up to $3,700, but nothing worked out with David. I understand it's the bank, but people with bankruptcies should be given a chance to rebuild their credit.

DriveTime should be honest and state that they don't work with bankruptcy clients to help them get a vehicle.

If you have bankruptcy on your credit, don't waste your time! Don't make them run your credit applications!

The salesman was clear, helpful and patient. It took more than one day and he made sure I was satisfied with the outcome.
