I was able to go online and look for cars first. What I was interested in online was on the lot and ready for test drive. The prices estimated prices listed online for monthly payment matched. It helped have a better plan for down payment. Jay was very helpful and answered all questions that we had.

I started with the online approval which was easy accessible and got me off to a great start. From there I talked to rod who took great initiative and care into getting me into a vehicle. He was very informative and talked me through every step and walk me through the process. The whole process and experience was with tremendous customer service and care.
