There were very nice and professional and I want to give a special thanks to a sales woman at Drivetime on McKnight Rd Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania she worked on my deal for my 2023 Nissan Sentra that I love and purchased and it has low mileage and run smoothly I recommend everyone to Drivetime on McKnight Rd in Pittsburgh thank you.

ASKING ME TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE YOUR LOSING YOUR MIND I DID 20 times they do not care bout nothing do not direct me to call when yall know yall are a rip off and the employees do not help the decisions was made with out me knowing i wasted my time and money ! I would go to jr ryder before I ever go here !

So, I brought a car at the north Pittsburgh on McKnight on 4/10/2024. There is a reason they make everything so easy for you to purchase and drive off with their cars. I had this car for 5days exactly on monday the 4/15/2024 when I found out not only do I need a battery but a fuel pump and that can't be fix by their in-network only repair companies monroe and firestone and pep boys no dealerships or actual major repair companies. Firestone had refer my car to a dealers in order for silverstone warranty to say it was covered for payment. To add insult to injury drivetime calls me about the issues to see how they can help and when i tell them I need a car to use now while this one waits to be repaired, they tell me they can only get me a adjusted rate at a rental company. when tell them I don't have the money to rent a vehicle and wait for reimbursement. They tell me that is the only option they can provide me. I call BS on this company with these lemons they are sell that they got from an auction. The fact they are covering everything as far as the repairs as they should don't mean a damn thing for a car they sold for $ 20,000 to me and it only worked for 5 days before it needs major work on it with not professional customer courtesy to make the eir customers whole when the trash they are selling don't make it a full 7days off the lot no less 90days. If you have to use these people like I did out of desperate need for reliable transportation buy the warranty you will need it. And get the car check by a mechanic that will run Diagnostic before you purchase so you know what you getting into. Just know they will be monitoring your test driver and they will call you when the car is stopped and turned off. They are on BS for sure. So disgusted with the business taking advantage of working people and giving them their behinds to kiss for it!

I had gone from the office off of rt 51 to the McKnight rd office.
Route 51 office did great on starting the process even though they where extremely busy and severely under staff with one working helping 3 customers. The area was small and in need of a deep cleaning throughout facility
McKnight office was very kind courteous open floor plan and very clean. I was approached as entering and Austin did a very good job on getting me the car I wanted for my son and I!

Only gripe is that the oil change reminder came on during my drive home and that raised questions in my head regarding a quality pre-delivery inspection. Other than that everything else was okay. Very low pressure sales which I appreciated.

Very helpful and friendly getting me into a vehicle to meet my needs and staying with in my budget.

It took extremely long at the Pittsburgh location and was not taken at time of appointment, which I looked passed that. Then, we found issues with the vehicle that should have been found and fixed during the so called inspection that is supposedly done. Next, one week after the 30 day mark, the car breaks down, it gets towed to one of the warranties so called experts, they have it about a month and are clueless, had to have it towed to a dealership which was well over $400 on top of the first tow, and find out that the warranty won't cover the coolant components (which most do), that their idiot shop could and should have been able to fix the issue, and no one wanted at Drive Time or the warranty company wanted to be helpful or make things right. Most places will at least work with you and help cover some of the cost, when it is such a hassle and their so called mechanics are drummer than a box of rocks. I will never recommend Drive Time in Pittsburgh, PA, Silverrock, warranty company, or Monro Auto and Tire Services. This started the beginning of August, and I still do not have my car back!!!

The car I just purchased from Drive Time is in the shop being worked on for three days now because of mechanical problems. My car started acting up when I drove it for 2 hours, 3 trips and became dangerous to manage. The person who helped me with the purchase told me things I needed to do have it fixed (he was helpful ever since I started the purchase which is why I gave 3 stars) and couldn't find same day appointments and the earlier I could find was leaving the car for 4 days and may end up being 5 because process takes a while. Now, I was able to get my rides reimbursed or even get a rental, but that also was not as good as having your own car and it was even worse knowing a car you just got failed on you within 48 hours. Other than this problem, the customer service was wonderful, the vibe of the store was good, and very nice people.

Poor buisness, I got a car in November of 2022 and I only had it for 7 months. The car has been serviced 8 times and the warranty doesn't cover anything and im so tired of people like drivetime ripping people off like its some kinda joke so therefore I advide NOBODY go to drivetime they are terrible and my car is in shop now as we speak. I will get what I deserve and definitely not what is done with the car now so I will sue due to them selling me something that shouldn't of been sold and they should no longer be in buisness

I bought a 2017 Lincoln. I noticed a shimmy when I used my brakes and took it to the garage. They told me that the rotors need replaced and that the car has a lane assist issue. We called about the warranty and was told that someone would reach out to us to let us know where we could take it to get repaired. No one called and the 30 days passed. Now there is no power steering and was told the car had been rigged to work for a little while…. Long enough for us to get it home. Now we are stuck with a car that needs major work!!! I would never get anything from them again!!

EVERYONE WAS NICE TO ME.BUT EVERY CAR I CHOSE BROKE DOWN. WHEN I STARTED TO LIKE THEM.SO I'M NOT GOING TO TAKE ANOTHER CHANCE ON GETTING A CAR FRM DRIVETIME.I REALLY WISH YOU COULD WORK WITH ME ON GETTING THE CAR I REALLY WANT AND THAT'S THE CHEVY MALIBU 2021 LT. IF NOT I WILL HAVE TO GO TO ANOTHER DEALER

I did not like how I dealt with 2 different team members one who knew my whole situation and then I arrived for a scheduled appt an hour away to be denied due to not having all my necessary documents that I was not informed to bring.

Had the truck 5 hours for the engine to go bad!
