We got a car with drive time in february, we’ve had problems non stop with the car and “can’t return it in since we haven’t had it for a year” i would not recommend at all. I’ve called and called they make us take it to the shop with so many issues and we have no other car to drive in.

My sales associate was outstanding. He was knowledgeable about the process, and extremely kind. He even went on the test drives with me to make me feel more comfortable.

Got a a list of autos with down payments based upon my income and got vehicle with $95 down. I didn’t wake up thinking I’d get an auto. My mind was on getting a rental. Thanks, Drive Time!

Laran was a great salesman knew what to say and knew what to do to get me out quick. Well I guess this is my fault that I didn't go over the car entirely before I purchased it. Since I have purchased it I have had to replace parts have oil change done have the break or fluid changed now the window won't stay up and I haven't even put a thousand miles on this car in 3 months. Because the window won't go up and it's electrical problem you would think the extended warranty company would be on it for you. Warning this is the worst Extended Warranty company on the internet that they could have possibly gotten us. So before you buy a drive time car think about the things I've just said. They don't service the car at all and their warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on.

The vehicle I purchased had several surprise issues that did not reveal themselves until after I had the car for about 3 days, the first one is that the Cruise Control button is not only broken but missing, when I called the car lot Josh told me I would need to call Silver Rock, once I called them, they told me it was cosmetic and they do not cover that and the gentleman I spoke with was very dismissive, despite the fact that it does not function at all, this is more than cosmetic. Also, the front passenger side bumper was popping out of place, something that did not happen upon my test drive I was also told by Silver Rock, they would not cover that because it is cosmetic. I would have gladly given my experience a 5-star review had it have not been for this. For the amount of money I am paying for this car these two simple things could have easily been resolved with proper care and concerns for the individuals that patronize your establishment and ideally help to turn your poor ratings around. Clearly it appears you're not in the business of customer retention or repeat customers otherwise small matters such as this would be addressed.
