I got my car in late April 2026. It was put in the shop after having the car for only 2-3 weeks. The car has been in the shop since with multiple electrical issues that “weren’t there when we sold it”

Customer service has been no help.

Shana in Winston-Salem, NC was incredible. She was kind and incredibly helpful. She made buying a car seamless and easy. I would send anyone I know to her to purchase a car!

Don't get me wrong. The staff was like and made me feel important but..... the process was horrible. At last second as i had keys in hand, both the sales associate and myself noticed a screw in the middle of the left front tire. As it was 6:45pm, they had to move quick. The dealership called me and said they had bad news. The car could not be sold in that condition. I came from Squaw Valley and Clovis to get a driver to bring one vehicle back, only to leave with nothing. I had to sign papers jacking me out of the deal and that was it. I received a call the next day to come get my new vehicle and that o needed to allow enough time to go through the entire car buying experience again. Albeit a faster than before time, it was still taxing on my patients. Worst buying experience of anything in my entire adult life.

I went into the Drive Time Dallas and spoke with the Gm Markelle Randle who went above and beyond to get my application approved.She was amazing, kind, and professional.The experience and expertise was second to none.
It took some time but that goes with the territory
I later was handed off to Chris and he was good .Sadly enough I had to go to the Arlington branch and the experience was not as great because of a system issue so I ended up spending two plus hours there but the sales rep was impeccable he was determined never turned me away and after trying several times as I was praying too, we were able to close the deal. What an amazing experience.

Was an easy process I was able to finally find a car I love they where very patient with me they add new inventory almost every day down price wasn’t crazy high cars where very clean I’m in love with my new jeep Wagoneer

Best experience by far in purchasing a Vehicle. I am concerned about the vehicle we bought, Wife took it to work today and it stalled on her as well as struggling to shift gears. I am praying there isn’t any transmission issues that we were not aware of. Would love to know what would be the next step for us to make sure this isn’t going to be an issue

Well unfortunately after we paid for the car after being there for 6 hours the service went down they did stay a couple extra hours to see if it would come up but it did not I paid 300 for the down payment and then 389 for the insurance and then didn't get the car and have to wait 2 more day and take more time of work to get this I do appreciate the people there but there should be a written way to do stuff if the computer stop work spent 8 hours and still didn't get my car

I could not be happier! Love my new car. The only thing about both locations I went to the cars need detailing several vehicles I went into were dirty, and the one I took home has a bad smell from previous owners. But I love my new car!
