Antwoord van Driving Test Genie
Hello Nathan. I'm sorry that you are unhappy with the service. We cannot identify you as a user from your name here please contact us at support@drivingtestgenie.co.uk. Your comments are completely incorrect, we have been in business for 7 years and have thousands of happy customers many of whom have shared their experience here. We are the highest rated of all the cancellation services. I do understand your frustration, many learners are struggling at the moment since DVSA removed the additional testing capacity in April.
Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service ! I have used a couple of other services to find cancellations but they lacked customer service. I had to wait for a few days for response. But with driving genie, my mails are responded to within a few minutes ! Fantastic and highly recommended.

Excellent Service as ever
Having used Test Genie previously for my son to find a test cancellation, we found their service to be excellent, instructions easy to understand for a first time user and they found us a cancellation. This is why we have used Test Genie again for my daughter and so glad to see the service is still great having, Laura is very helpful.
